The Rules of Time Travel According to Outlander
In many ways, Outlander is heading into a fresh start when it opens with Season 3. If Season 1 was about bringing together main characters Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) after Claire accidentally traveled 200 years into the past to Highland Scotland, and Season 2 was about testing their love before Claire was forced to travel back to her present time period of the 1940s, then Season 3 is about what it takes to get these two to cross time yet again and stay together for good.
As such, there's a sense of starting from scratch in Season 3 that should prove welcome to those who haven't yet taken the plunge into watching Starz's breakout hit drama. That's why IGN sat down with showrunner Ron Moore and executive producer Maril Davis to lay out just how time travel works on Outlander as Claire travels back and forth in time as she passes through the stones at Craigh na Dun. Yes, there are more rules to traveling through the stones than meet the eye.
Comic Book Reviews for September 6, 2017
The comic book industry started out the month of September on a strong note. Marvel kicked off a new Last Jedi prequel comic featuring Captain Phasma and their Venomverse crossover event. IDW had their own new Star Wars project in the form of the all-ages Star Wars Adventures. DC delivered another Kite Man-focused chapter of Batman and a new take on those old Hanna-Barbera villains, Dick Dastardly and Muttley. Image had a very strong week thanks to the return of Kingsman and new issues of The Walking Dead, Motor Crush and The Wicked + The Divine.

Three Individuals Arrested For Allegedly Spoiling One Piece
Several individuals in Japan have been arrested for allegedly uploading scans of the popular manga One Piece before it had gone on sale.
As reported by Kotaku, 30 year-old Yo Uehara, 23 year-old Shizuka Nagaya, and 31 year-old Ryoji Hottai all managed to gain access to popular magazine Weekly Shonen Jump, which serialises the One Piece manga in Japan, and scanned the pages in question before uploading them to their "spoiler" websites. All three men were arrested for violation of copyright under Japanese law.

What We Can and Can’t Tell You About Thor 3’s End Battle
Author's note: While Disney has allowed us to discuss the following plot details of Thor: Ragnarok, the super-spoilerphobic among you may want to bookmark this article and revisit it after seeing the film.
I visited the set of Thor: Ragnarok in Australia almost exactly a year ago, and it was the first set visit in my eleven years of doing this job full-time for IGN where the production allowed the visiting press to observe a major scene being filmed ... but did not let them hear what the characters were saying to one another. This was a purposeful decision on Marvel's part as the scene I witnessed being filmed was the climactic battle on an Asgardian bridge between our heroes (and Loki) and the film's villainess, Hela. I've done several other Marvel movie set visits, but this was the first one I've done where Marvel wouldn't allow the press to listen in on what was being shot.
Surprise! Usain Bolt Has Maximum Speed Stats in PES 2018
Somewhat obviously, Usain Bolt will be the fastest player in Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 when he arrives in the game's MyClub mode.
Konami today released the legendary sprinter's key stats, awarding him a 99 for speed and explosive power, and a 75 overall rating in his preferred left wing forward position.
Weirdly, however, this technically makes him only the joint-fastest player in PES history - back in 2005's PES 5, Inter Milan's Obafemi Martins had a 99 for top speed and acceleration (the stat that would be renamed explosive power). That may not account for changes in the game engine in the last, er, 13 years - he could be measurably faster, I just find the comparison funny.
Resi Revelations 1 & 2 on Switch: Release Date Announced
Bethesda Has an Unannounced Game Due for Release in 2017
Bethesda will release one more unannounced game before the end of 2017. Speaking to Tek Syndicate (and reported by VG24/7), Bethesda VP of marketing Pete Hines explained:
"We have a ton of stuff going on - and we even have a game coming out this year that we haven't even told anybody about yet. They can wait. It won't be so long."
Bethesda's slate until the end of 2017 is already pretty stuffed. Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, The Evil Within 2, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, Quake Champions, Skyrim on Switch, Doom VFR and Fallout 4 VR are all coming before the New Year is rung in.
Animal Farm is Being Made into an “Adventure-Tycoon” Game
An independent team of game creators has formed to create a video game adapatation of George Orwell's 1945 novel Animal Farm.
Described on the game's website as an "adventure-tycoon" game, the adaptation will see players take on the role of one of the animals living on the Farm in the days leading up to and during the animal revolution, chronicling the "ups and downs of Animalism".
The "adventure" part of the game will focus on story choices, allowing the player to choose their path through the animal uprising; the "tycoon" portion will focus on the running of the farm, although the game's creators say that the two will form a "consistent narrative", with the players having to live through the consequences of their "tycoon" decisions whilst playing through the game.
