The Internet Is Pretty Sure It’s Fixed Star Wars: The Last Jedi

File this one into your "the Internet wins again" folder. Twitter user Josh Scully posted a hilarious re-edit of Star Wars: The Last Jedi that offers a suggestion for an abridged -- and, honestly, infinitely epic -- twist on Episode VIII.

Josh mashed up two key scenes from the film -- when Leia uses her Force powers in space to travel back to the Resistance ship, and when Holdo jumps to light speed to destroy the First Order fleet -- into what he suggests is "The Last Jedi fixed." You can watch the scene below, which is hosted in IGN's player with permission from the original owner.

This video accrued more than 780,000 views on Josh's Twitter at publish time, so it seems like a lot of people on the web agree with Josh's humorous edit. And yes, he is aware that this version means we would lose lot of the film.

NASA Finds More Evidence Suggesting Past Life on Mars

New findings from NASA's Curiosity rover provide evidence that suggest Mars could have once sustained organic life.

According to NASA, "tough" organic molecules containing carbon and hydrogen have been found inside three-billion-year-old sedimentary rocks known as mudstone, located inside Gale Crater. A press release from NASA notes that while these organic molecules might suggest life, they are not definitive proof of life.

Curiosity has not yet determined the origins of the molecules, but past data has suggested that the site of its find, Gale Crater, was once host to a lake on the surface of Mars billions of years ago. A liquid lake like the one in question would have held the "ingredients" to sustain life, according to scientists.

Fortnite’s Shotguns Are Being Nerfed

Epic Games is finally making a move aimed at satisfying one of Fortnite players' biggest gameplay complaints. Fortnite's shotguns have been nerfed.

"For a while we felt that shotguns promoted healthy close-quarter gameplay; however, with the recent equip time changes, shotguns are being used more often than we like," reads Epic's post about the changes, which also come with the delay of Playground Limited Time Mode. "It's something we've been keeping an eye on, but broadly speaking we feel shotguns are a little too strong in their current state."

This is Why the How to Train Your Dragon Series Has to End

Fans of the blockbuster animated franchise were no doubt elated to see the new trailer for How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, the third and final installment of this epic fantasy trilogy, when it premiered earlier today. But in this world of endless franchising, it may be hard to believe that this is really the "final" installment. Aren't there fourteen Land Before Time movies, after all? (Don't bother looking it up. There are.)

But according to director Dean DeBlois, who co-directed the original How to Train Your Dragon and directed the next two films solo, the acclaimed series really does have a finite conclusion. How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World will finally explain why, if the series takes place in the past, there are no more dragons flying around today. And apparently, we are all going to need to bring tissues.
