In fact, there’s all kinds of excellent gaming chairs out there for about $100 or less, and that’s what this handy list is all about. Marvel’s Hulk Works Best as a Horror Story

In the age of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and hot on the heels of films like Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War it can get tricky to picture Bruce Banner and the Hulk as anything other than the nerdy scientist and occasional punchline. From his big reveal in the original Avengers, smirking coyly before announcing "That's my secret, Cap. I'm always angry," to his sudden petulance in the fight against Thanos, the Hulk's character arc hasn't been all that focused on making him a scary or tragic guy, more of the weird giant green sibling of the Avengers family.

The comics universe, on the other hand, has a very different idea of what it means to be the Strongest There Is -- and it's slowly revolutionizing the way modern Hulk stories work. With The Immortal Hulk #1, a recent release from Marvel Comics by writer Al Ewing and artist Joe Bennett, Bruce Banner's life has officially become a horror story -- and it's so much better for it.
