Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost Includes Haunted Forest Horde Mode
Bungie has officially revealed the details for Destiny 2's spooky-themed mode, Festival of the Lost, which includes a new horde-style mode.
Destiny 2's Festival of the Lost will kick off on Oct. 16. The event will focus on the character Eva Levante having gone missing in the wake of the in-game events that saw beloved Cayde-6 die as the Red Legion razed the Last City. But in Festival of the Lost lore, Amanda Holliday is decorating the Tower for the season to help everyone remember the lost and celebrate their continued fight.
Festival of the Lost's biggest addition, though, is Haunted Forest. The aforementioned horde-style mode gives players 15 minutes to progress as far as possible in the Haunted Forest, wiping out as many ghouls and demons as possible along the way. Naturally, Haunted Forest grows increasingly difficult the further players progress in each run. The mode can be tackled solo or in a group with either a pre-made team or through matchmaking.

Black Ops 4’s Zombies Titanic Map Makes Me Feel Like the King of the World
The tale of the R.M.S. Titanic’s fateful maiden voyage has been told by countless documentaries, a blockbuster movie, and even some weird old video games. Somehow, it’s now made its way into a Call of Duty game, of all things. As someone who completely adores the story, drama, and beauty of the doomed ship, I can safely say that Treyarch has created my most eagerly anticipated Zombies scenario yet.
The story begins with a rogue-ish group of four devising and executing a plan to steal an artifact from a safe located in the Titanic’s Millionaires Suite. The plan is foiled by a mysterious hooded figure who then – whoops! – accidentally turns everyone aboard the ship into flesh-eating zombies. Then, of course, the Titanic does what it was always fated to do: it sideswipes an iceberg.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Is a Brutal World for a Lone Cowboy
A little over two hours into Red Dead Redemption 2, Arthur has a decision to make. The Van de Linde gang have moved down from the snowy, hostile mountains known as the Grizzlies, which serve as the backdrop to the opening of the game, and have set up camp just outside the town of Valentine. The camp has needs – food primarily, but also money – and so various members of the gang head out in search of supplies.
At this point, markers appear on the mini-map – the location of other gang members, which Arthur can visit to learn the intricacies of hunting from Charles Smith, or get into a bar brawl after Bill Williamson pisses off the local landlord. But this being an open-world game - with a strong emphasis on open – he can choose to ignore them completely and go off on his own adventure.

Secret Six: CBS Developing Series Based on the DC Comics Title
Another DC comic series is headed to the small screen. Variety reports that CBS has committed to a pilot for a drama series based off Secret Six.
Rick Muirragui (Suits, Charmed) will write and executive produce Secret Six for CBS. Bill Lawrence (Scrubs, Rush Hour) and Jeff Ingold (Rush Hour, Undateable) will also serve as executive producers.
Secret Six debuted in 1968 and has followed four different teams of six, led by a shadowy figure codenamed Mockingbird. Team members have included Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Lex Luthor, Bane, the Joker, and more.
In the comics, the members of the team are blackmailed into working together by Mockingbird, whom members often suspect to secretly be one of the other five. The role of Mockingbird has been held down by different characters as well, including Lex Luthor.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Easter Eggs Don’t Activate Until After the Game Launches
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launches on October 12, and its Easter eggs won’t activate in its Zombies mode until then in order to level the playing field for all players so they can find them as a community.
Revealed on the official Call of Duty Zombies Reddit, developer Treyarch said the decision was made to create a spoiler-free environment for players worldwide, and that all Easter eggs in Voyage of Despair, IX, Blood of the Dead and Classified won’t go live until 10am PT on Friday, Oct. 12.
"We also know how important it is for fans to discover the secrets hidden within each launch day experience together as a community,” said Treyarch on Reddit. "Therefore, in the spirit of doing everything we can to create a spoiler-free, 100% level playing field for Easter Egg hunters around the world, we’re trying something new for the first time: Black Ops 4 Zombies Easter Eggs will be enabled worldwide in Voyage of Despair, IX, Blood of the Dead, and Classified at 10AM Pacific Time on Friday, October 12."
