Halo MCC Multiplayer Patch Delayed, Beta Rethought
343 Industries has delayed the upcoming patch designed to resolve ongoing issues with Halo: The Master Chief Collection's multiplayer mode.
A new blog post explains the studio believes more time is needed to check the stability of the update before rolling it out, especially as it's one of the biggest patches yet. It's also apparently rethinking its previous comments regarding beta testing for all future content updates, as this now may not happen.
The Witcher 3 Reportedly Has 50GB Install on PS4
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt reportedly has an install size of 50GB, according to various Sony sources.
Several European PSN storefronts have been updated to suggest that's the minimum amount of space you'll need on your PS4 HDD. We don't know how much room you'll need on Xbox One, though the PC version needs 40GB of room.

Apex 2015 has concluded and the fighting game tournament results are in, including a new champion for fan-favorite Super Smash Bros. Melee.
EG|PPMD defeated Alliance|Armada in the second set of the grand finals match, earlier this morning. Armada, coming from the loser's bracket, took a commanding 2-0 lead in the first set. PPMD went on to win the next two games in the first set before dropping the final game, allowing Armada to reset the match. PPMD went on to win decisively in three straight games in the second set.
Apex's first ever champion for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U has been crowned, according to EventHubs. ZeRo defeated PL|Dabuz to take first place in the singles tournament for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
Madden NFL 15 Correctly Predicts Super Bowl XLIX Outcome
The New England Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks 28-24 today, cementing the official EA Sports prediction of Super Bowl XLIX.
The Madden NFL 15 Super Bowl Prediction is simulated once on standard Pro difficulty in the Xbox One version using the Super Bowl Matchup with updated rosters. The Patriots Super Bowl victory marks EA Sports’ ninth correct prediction for the past 12 Super Bowls.
The simulation not only called the final score but it also closely foresaw a number of plays and stats that played out in today’s game. For example, the Patriots recorded the first points from a touchdown pass from quarterback Tom Brady; however, it was Brandon LaFell and not Rob Gronkowski who made the touchdown.

Power Rangers: Wild Force Star Arrested on Murder Charge
Power Rangers: Samurai and Power Rangers: Wild Force actor Ricardo Medina Jr. has been arrested for allegedly killing his roommate with a sword.
TMZ broke the report, claiming Medina and his roommate Joshua Sutter had an altercation which resulted in the death of Sutter after he forced his way into Medina's bedroom. Medina called 911, and once the police arrived he was arrested. According to the publication, Medina is still in jail, and his bail sits at $1 million.

2015 MVP Named in Puppy Bowl XI
Cara, a 14-week old Shih Tzu playing in her rookie year in the prestigious Puppy Bowl, has been officially named the Puppy Bowl XI MVP. Proudly representing her home state of Florida, this shaggy little scamper came in ready to play as part of the 2015 Starting Line-Up at this year's Puppy Bowl. Her double-dog TD runs weren’t enough to keep her Team Fluff from getting licked by rival Team Ruff, but her furry fury up and down the field did kick off the highest-scoring Puppy Bowl in history.
In the 11th year of Puppy Bowl play, a new level of competition was added to the yearly puppy bout. The pups were divided into teams for the first time, with Team Ruff in green and Team Fluff in yellow. Normally, this event is every mutt for himself in the battle to be alpha dog, but now that these terriers are on teams, pack mentality rewards those who can play nice with others.
New Heroes: Reborn Teaser
While Heroes Reborn hasn't started filming yet, nor do we know when exactly it will debut this year (though it could be as early as this summer), NBC debuted a new teaser for the Heroes revival Sunday during the Super Bowl.
The teaser does include new footage, clearly shot for the teaser itself, featuring returning Heroes star Jack Coleman and the recently-cast Zachary Levi.
George Lucas Isn’t Interested in Sci-Fi Anymore
Geroge Lucas has admitted he no longer has any interest in the science fiction genre, before sharing some candid thoughts on the state of Hollywood,
“I really have no interest in science fiction at all,” Lucas said during an on-stage conversation with Robert Redford at the Sundance Film Festival. Naturally, the statement elicited a big laugh from the crowd, considering Lucas' sci-fi legacy.
The Star Wars director went on to share some pretty contentious thoughts on the state of mainstream American movie-making, claiming that a lot of Hollywood movies these days are "circus movies".
"Let’s see how much blood comes out when he splats,” Lucas explains. “Its now gotten to be more and more circus than substance."
