NASA Astronaut Posts Incredible Vines from Space

Remember that time you made a really cool Vine, probably involving your cat? Well, NASA astronaut Terry Virts has set the bar higher--way higher. As mentioned by CNET, the flight engineer has recently posted a number of six second videos from aboard the International Space Station.

And yeah, they're kind of amazing. The clip above shows the bright northern lights which have been putting on a show in the sky recently. But hey, Virts' view is just slightly better than what you might have seen in Michigan.

Don’t Like Galaxy S6 Pre-Installed Apps? Get Rid of Them

The upcoming Galaxy S6 from Samsung will let you get rid of the apps you don't want, even if they come pre-installed on the device.

A post from a senior member of the XDA developers forum shows screens from the device with apps disabled or deleted outright.

Some of the apps shown as being removable include Samsung's S Health and S Voice apps, the calculator, YouTube, and the Google Play store. All of the Google apps shown in one of the screenshots are removable.

If the ability to remove the apps finds its way into the finished phones, it will be a nice change of pace for people who don't necessarily want or need all the apps phone manufacturers decide on. A stock calculator is fine, but becomes redundant the second you install a better calculator with more functions.

12 Minutes of Broken Age Act 2 on PS4 — IGN First

Note: The footage above contains some heavy spoilers for Broken Age Act 1.

Broken Age Act 1 was hands-down one of our favorite games of 2014. Double Fine's Kickstarted adventure game was a gorgeous, touching, and hilarious experience that ended on an incredible cliffhanger. Flash-forward to 14 months later, and IGN First is proud to present the first look at Broken Age Act 2, as well as our first look at the game running on PlayStation 4.

Obviously, the footage above contains spoilers from Act 1, so beware of that. But those of you who finished 2014's chapter will notice that Shay and Vella have now swapped places in the world. Watch as Vella wanders around the ship and interacts with the incredibly confused A.I, and as Shay has a strange encounter with Jack Black's Harm'ny Lightbeard. Plus, get your first look at what the interface looks like on PlayStation 4.

Lawrence Says Apocalypse is Her Last X-Men Film

Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence will soon be done with blue body makeup, yellow contact lenses and mutant mayhem.

In a chat with MTV while promoting her new film Serena, Lawrence said her upcoming turn as the shape-shifting Mystique in X-Men: Apocalypse will also be her final time playing the character.

“It is my last one, actually,” Lawrence said without further elaboration. The actress has so far played Mystique in the rebooted series' X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Better Call Saul: “RICO” Photo Preview

In last week's episode of Better Call Saul, life started looking up for Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk). He has a new office, and he's getting clients. But not everything is coming up McGill. He takes two steps forward, and life shoves him backwards. Jimmy's desire to make people around him happy doesn't help, and "RICO" will see Jimmy showing Chuck (Michael McKean) that he's willing to do anything to win a case. He's open to crossing the line, and you have to wonder how far he can go before it's too late to turn back.

Better Call Saul: "RICO" Photo Gallery:

Watch "RICO" on Monday, March 23rd, at 10:00pm ET/PT on AMC.

The Flame in the Flood: A Different Kind of Survival Game

The Flame in the Flood, the debut game from ex-BioShock Infinite developers at The Molasses Flood, does survival a little different than most games in the exploding genre. Don't Starve, Rust, and DayZ each succeed, for different reasons, in making surviving a challenge. The Flame in the Flood's advantage over all of these is that it doesn't have an aimless objective -- it gives you a reason to want to live. At least, it will eventually.

Molasses Flood isn't explaining exactly what Scout, the main heroine, is aiming for, but she has a goal outside of simply not-dying during a violently stormy end-time. I love Rust for its multiplayer PvP and cooperative elements, and Don't Starve for its ruthless difficulty, but The Flame in the Flood is a survival game without as much stress. I can only have so many games in my life affecting me negatively in a real way, and while The Flame in the Flood certainly brings tension and hostility to the table, it's more manageable.
