Mars Might Host Carbon Monoxide Munching Microbes
The search for alien life on Mars is still on, and one scientist has a novel idea about what Martian organisms might eat: carbon monoxide.
According to a PNAS-published (Procedings of the National Academy of Sciences) article by Louisiana State University biologist Gary King, the atmosphere on Mars contains enough CO to leech into the soil and feed microorganisms. Powers: Developing Wolfe’s Fighting Style
Note: This article contains spoilers for the most recent episode of Powers.
The most powerful Power we've met in PlayStation Network's Powers is Wolfe. Portrayed by Eddie Izzard, the character is animalistic and complex. He seemingly doesn't want to hurt others, but then literally rips into them with incredible ferocity. There isn't anything poetic about the way he cannibalizes others, and the act strengthens his powers. And his abilities blur into each other to become one massive power. During a set visit to Powers, Izzard took out his phone to look up a note he made about Wolfe's specific powers. He couldn't locate the list but said, "It can be just a myriad of powers. That's why it's a confusing truckload. It's just dangerous. It's just all the powers."
