Mortal Kombat X Added Tremor Due to Fan Demand
Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon has revealed Tremor was added to the roster of the latest instalment in the series following fan demand.
Speaking to Gamespot, Boon explained that while most of the time fans want so many conflicting things it's impossible to please everyone, the unified demand for Tremor to come back led to his inclusion.
"Character roster stuff has been a big one," he said. "There's a really big push for the obscure character we have, Tremor, which I got so many tweets from players wanting that character. It actually stood out to me as odd, but there was this swell of people pushing for it with petitions online and all of this crazy stuff, so we included him, and a big reason was because of fans yelling loud enough."

Watch NASA Test Its Flying Saucer Tomorrow
You can watch NASA conduct a "spin table test" on its flying saucer-shaped Low-Density Supersonic Decelerator (LDSD) vehicle tomorrow at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California.
Those interested can view the livestream on March 31, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PDT and submit questions to LDSD team members via the livestream’s chat box or Twitter using the #AskNASA hashtag.
The upcoming LDSD event is to demonstrate how the craft will spin as it decelerates during the descent and help discern if the technology can be used to safely deliver humans to Mars’ surface in future missions to the Red Planet. The 15-foot-wide, 7,000-pound vehicle may also enable soft landings at higher-altitude sites, such as mountains, and open up more of the planet's surface for exploration.
