First Four Episodes of Game of Thrones S5 Leaked Online

The first four episodes of Game of Throne's massively anticipated fifth season leaked online yesterday, a day before its premiere.

It's particularly bad news for the network considering it had timed the launch of its new streaming service HBO Now around the release, putting something of a dampener on the arrival of HBO access without a cable subscription.

As of writing, the four episodes have been downloaded on torrent sites over several hundred thousand times, with that number likely to increase in the hours before tonight's premiere.

Rather than a hack, the leaks appear to have come from a DVD screener sent out by HBO.

Are You Ready for Game of Thrones’ Return?

The wait is over! After 10 long months, Game of Thrones is back tonight to kick off its fifth season.

When last we saw the GoT gang, Tyrion and Arya had both left Westeros completely, Tywin had been killed, The Hound was left for dead, Dany had decided to lock up her increasingly dangerous dragons, Sansa was letting out her dark side and Bran was going through some changes. So what happens next? We'll find out soon! (Well, except for Bran, who's sitting Season 5 out).

This will be a notable season for the show, because it will not only begin to combine elements from the fourth and fifth books (which overlapped, using some characters in one and some in the other), but also begin to truly "spoil" the books, by revealing some events that George R.R. Martin has not gotten to yet.

Didn’t Get An Apple Watch? Make Your Own Apple II Watch Instead

Pre-orders for the Apple Watch were not long for this world, so what's a person to do if they just have to have an Apple on their wrist? One member of the maker community just went ahead and made his own, but based it on the Apple II computer.

Instructables member Aleator777 went with a design that he said was heavily inspired by the form-factor of Apple's iconic desktop computer. Aleator777 said he asked himself if he "wanted to make a miniature, or something altogether new?" and settled on the latter.

The product description is a nod to the same breathless press release style seen with every new Apple product. "The CATHODE RAY TUBE display on Apple // watch features TEXT, a technology that ALLOWS YOU TO READ," it reads in part.
