Mortal Kombat X Players Report Issues on PC
A new pre-loading feature on Steam has caused some reported issues for Mortal Kombat X players on PC.
Much like the PlayStation 4's pre-loading functionality, Steam was testing out a process through which players could download the first 3GB of Mortal Kombat X to unlock several playable options such as single-player and tutorials while the rest of the game streamed and downloaded in the background.
Instead of being able to access core features from the start, however, many users were instead treated to a series of issues when attempting to access many of its modes, including unplayable characters, unavailable content, and crashes to desktop.
"We are aware of issues with PC and are working closely with Steam to resolve it," developer NetherRealm confirmed on Twitter. Any updates will be provided via the Steam Community Forum for Mortal Kombat X, and many users on Valve's PC gaming service have offered workarounds for some of the issues.
Game Over, Man! Bill Paxton Reportedly in GTA Film
Bill Paxton (Aliens, Agents of SHIELD) is reportedly set to co-star in BBC's upcoming Grand Theft Auto film.
According to Deadline, Paxton will play disbarred attorney Jack Thompson, the man who tried to take down Grand Theft Auto developer Rockstar Games.
"He got Howard Stern kicked off the radio and took on 2 Live Crew…," Paxton said of Thompson. "There’d be a gag order and he’d still go on talk shows. He would write these hateful letters to people he was litigating. He just got too emotionally caught up in it."
Wonder Woman: Why Did the Director Leave?
Rumors are now surfacing purporting why director Michelle MacLaren left Warner Bros.' upcoming Wonder Woman movie.
Yesterday's official announcement cited "creative differences" as the reason for MacLaren's departure. According to Badass Digest, those differences included the film's time period and the inclusion of a tiger sidekick.
The report states Warner Bros. and MacLaren had a hard time agreeing on anything, specifically what time period the movie would be set in. Reportedly, MacLaren also wanted Wonder Woman to have a tiger sidekick, which Warner seemingly wasn't too fond of.
DC Comics Leak Reveals New Batman
Warning: this article contains spoilers for DC's upcoming Batman comics!
The recent solicitation for June's Batman #41 teased an "all-new Batman" to debut in the aftermath of Endgame and Convergence. And with DC's upcoming Free Comic Book Day issue Divergence #1 having already leaked, now we know the identity of this mysterious, robotic figure.
It seems that none other than Commissioner Gordon will be taking up the mantle of Batman. One of the stories included in Divergence #1 showcases a smoking, clean-shaven Gordon reluctantly agreeing to take control of this GCPD-sponsored battlesuit. No wonder this Batman wields a gun.
Iron Man on Spider-Man’s Entry to the MCU
Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr., is set to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe when Avengers: Age of Ultron opens in May. After the battle against his rouge A.I. is complete, the next step for his character happens in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War, which will feature many of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
As many know, Sony and Marvel are making fan dreams come true with a deal to bring Spider-Man to the MCU. It's unclear when, exactly, Spidey will be making his first appearance, but many suspect that it very well may be in Civil War, as his character played a significant role in the comic.
However they introduce the teen Spider-Man, Downey promises that we should expect the unexpected.

This week, Max, Marty, and Brian are joined by Eden Rohatensky of the Jimmy & Eden podcast (among other things) to discuss their favorite game soundtracks, the use of comedy in games, and the possibility of the first three Uncharted games remastered on Playstation 4.
Ratchet and Clank Dev Is Releasing Its First PC Game Soon
Insomniac, the developer of game series like Ratchet and Clank and Sunset Overdrive, is soon releasing its first PC game ever.
It's called Slow Down, Bull, and the game doesn't look like anything the studio has made before. The developer streamed some of its development last June while the game "wasn't even half finished," but now it has a release date. It comes to Steam on April 20.

Mortal Kombat: Every Scorpion and Sub-Zero Fatality Ever
During the weeks leading up to Mortal Kombat X's release we took a trip down memory lane and popped in some of the older Mortal Kombat games. We played through every entry in the series, dug out our Dreamcasts to play Mortal Kombat Gold and even played the abysmal Sub-Zero Mythologies. The result? A few videos that collect every fatality ever for some of the most iconic characters of the series. Below you'll find every single fatality for both Sub-Zero and Scorpion and as a bonus I even threw in Kano, Raiden, Reptile, and my personal favorite Kung Lao.
