Tesla Home Battery Sold Out Until Next Year
A quarterly earnings call with Tesla revealed that its Powerwall home battery has already sold out, with over 38,000 pre-orders taking up production of the battery until the middle of next year.
Tesla announced its Powerwall battery system last week during a keynote presentation in California.
The Powerwall charges itself with electricity from your home's solar panels and can be used as a back-up during power outages or a central power unit altogether.
"Automated, compact and simple to install, Powerwall offers independence from the utility grid and the security of an emergency backup," said Tesla.
Risen 3: Titan Lords to Release on PS4
Publisher Deep Silver has announced their plans to release the Enhanced Edition of Risen 3: Titan Lords on PlayStation 4.
Combining the main game with all previously-released DLC including Adventure Grab, Fog Island, and Uprising of the Little Guys, Risen 3: Titan Lords Enhanced Edition has also had several graphical upgrades to make it comparable to its highest settings on the PC.
The follow-up to Risen 2: Dark Waters, Risen 3: Titan Lords is a pirate-themed open world RPG originally released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC in 2014. It releases digitally on August 21 for $40.
Is This Harley Quinn & Joker Image for Real?
An image is making the rounds online that purportedly shows Suicide Squad's Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn tattooing Jared Leto's Joker. Is it real or just a piece of photoshop fakery?

The Misadventures of Tron Bonne is now up for sale on the PlayStation Store for just $6, a bargain compared to its rare physical version, which can go for up to $450 new.
We're not sure what prompted the appearance of The Misadventures of Tron Bonne on the PlayStation Store's collection of PS One Classics, but we're certainly not complaining.
It's only available in North America and can be played on the PlayStation 3, PS Vita, PS TV, and PSP.
The game, a spin-off of the Mega Man Legends series based on its antagonist, Tron Bonne, came out in Japan in 1999 and a year later in North America.
It became a bit of a cult classic for its unique gameplay and distinct personality.

Today's Nintendo Direct may have started a little slow but, by the end, we were practically overwhelmed by ink-fuelled fun.
With that in mind, we though it'd be helpful to compile some of the biggest new announcements from today in one place. Check them out below.
Of course, that's not the only Nintendo news today. The company's financials revealed strong lifetime sales of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, along with a decision to team-up with Universal and add actual Nintendo-themed rides to theme parks. It also managed to produce its first profit in years despite missing Wii U sales targets. If you've got all that, however, then let's get cracking!
Sense8: First Trailer & Images
The first trailer and new images have dropped for Sense8, the Wachowskis' mysterious new sci-fi series coming soon to Netflix.
The trailer is our first look proper at the series, which centers around eight people from around the world who are suddenly linked together physically and emotionally while being pursued by a mysterious organisation with deadly ambitions. Check it out below.
The first three official images paint a strong focus on action and drama here - nice to see the Wachowskis revisit their gun-toting roots.

Pre-order Splatoon, Get a Free Costume for Smash Wii U
Any players who pre-order Splatoon at GameStop will receive a code for two special DLC costumes in Smash Wii U.
Players can customize their Smash Mii Fighter in the colors of Squid Boy and Squid Girl. The offer will be valid from May 8 to June 13, while supplies last. The Splatoon DLC costumes only apply to Smash Bros. on Wii U.
Nintendo announced a bunch of post launch plans for Splatoon, including two new Ranked Battle modes. The game will release globally on May 29.

Nintendo Kicks Off Splatoon Beta This Weekend
During a special presentation Nintendo announced the Splatoon Global Testfire, an open beta test for the upcoming Wii U action game.
Anyone interested in participating needs to download the beta from the Wii U eShop. Nintendo said it will be available for download shortly after the presentation. Splatoon’s Global Testfire will run during specifc dates and times in the US. See the schedule below.
- May 8 from 8:00 - 9:00 PM PT
- May 9 from 4:00 - 5:00 AM PT
- May 9 from Noon to 1 PM PT
Nintendo Details Splatoon’s Special Event Mode, Splatfest
Nintendo announced a post-launch event for Splatoon called Splatfest, a special mode where players will unlock rewards to customize gear.
The first Splatfest is a 24-hour multiplayer event that takes place from June 20 at 6:00 AM PT until June 21 at 6:00 AM PT. It is hosted by a pair of squid sisters named Callie and Marie. Nintendo describes the schedule for Splatfest as “irregular.”
Each Splatfest will divide players into two teams competing for prizes. Players will align themselves with one of the two teams and battle it out. The first two teams splits players between Team Cats or Team Dogs.
