Mr. Robot: The Battle to Change Society

Debuting June 24th on USA -- though you can already watch the pilot on YouTube -- Mr. Robot focuses on Elliot (Rami Malek), a young programmer and hacker who is recruited by the title character. Played by Christian Slater, "Mr. Robot" wants Elliot's help in taking down corporate America.

IGN has an exclusive new behind-the-scenes video you can check out above. In the video, Slater discusses the series and his character's extreme point of view.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s Next Patch Outlined

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt developer CD Projekt Red has talked about some of the fixes coming to the game in the next patch.

Taking to the title's forums, the developers have confirmed more changes are on the way, but numerous bug fixes including those afflicting the Pyres of Novigrad quest and XP glitching will be solved. PS4 frame rate issues are also being addressed.

New Rise of the Tomb Raider Trailer Surfaces

New trailer for Rise of the Tomb Raider has appeared online, advising gamers to look for the first gameplay footage during Microsoft's E3 press conference on June 15.

The trailer has now been officially released, with Lara's voiceover talking about how being willing to risk your life in pursuit of otherwise-undiscovered knowledge leads to greatness, while navigating a Blizzard.

Following the announcement that Microsoft would be publishing Rise of the Tomb Raider, developer Crystal Dynamics' head of western studios recently talked about the partnership, and what it means for the future of the ubiquitous franchise.

Microsoft Announces Windows 10 Release Date

Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 will be available from July 29.

Over the coming weeks, customers will be able to reserve a free copy if they are currently running Windows 7 or 8.1. Users will receive a notification in their taskbar notifying them they can upgrade.

If you reserve your upgrade, Windows 10 will start immediately downloading to your device when it is available.

Microsoft's next operating system is bringing back the Start menu, which is happy news for many people. You can find out what else is new with Windows 10 right here on IGN.

Jurassic World Director Won’t Helm Sequel

Although Jurassic World is yet to hit screens, co-writer and director Colin Trevorrow has already ruled himself out of the running to oversee any sequel.

Speaking to badtaste.it at the film’s Paris premiere, Trevorrow said “Jurassic Park should be a franchise like Star Wars, with several directors capable of giving different footprints.”

However, Trevorrow added that he won’t simply be walking away from the franchise, stating “I would remain involved in some way, but not as director.”

Japanese Release Date Confirmed for Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon

Update: During this morning's Nintendo Direct Micro broadcast, the company confirmed Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon will release for 3DS owners in the United States this winter.

Original Story: Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon will be available for the 3DS on September 17 in Japan.

Although, as yet, there's no confirmation of release dates outside of Japan, Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon is expected to come to North America in late 2015, and Europe in early 2016.

The tweet by Nintendo also confirmed that "720 types of Pokemon" will appear in the latest "dungeon RPG", 20 of which will be playable.

Jurassic World Heads Up June’s 5 Must-See Movies

Ghosts and dinosaurs do battle with movies stars and an ageing super-sleuth in June’s movie preview. As ever, the list is based on films released in the UK this month, but includes Australian and US release dates.

Release Date: AU & UK: June 11, US: June 12

The big release this month: Jurassic World is the first Jurassic flick since 2001, and finds Safety Not Guaranteed helmer Colin Trevorrow assuming co-writing and directing duties. Set in the present day, the story finds the park now up-and-running on holiday resort Isla Nublar, but in search of the next big attraction, the owners decide to create a hybrid dinosaur. But the Indominus Rex isn’t too keen on being a theme park attraction, meaning that disaster, predictably, ensues.

Nintendo Shows Off Fire Emblem if’s My Castle Mode

Hot off the heels of the latest Japanese Direct, Nintendo has revealed some fresh details about Fire Emblem if.

First off, amiibo support. If you own either Marth, Lucina or Ike, you’ll be able to plop them on the 3DS and they’ll appear in-game.

Secondly, Nintendo released a video demonstrating the My Castle feature. Once pimped out, you’ll be able to swap Castles via StreetPass, then visit other towns and fight in other people’s parties.

In case you didn’t know, Fire Emblem if comes in two flavours in Japan: Fire Emblem if: Black Kingdom or Fire Emblem if: White Kingdom. Their differences are comparable with Nintendo’s much-loved Pokémon series. The story differs from game-to-game, and in a hook of its own, difficulty also varies in each version.

Man Sets New World Record on a Hoverboard

Catalin Alexandry Duru, a Canadian software engineer, has broken a new world record for distance traveled on a hoverboard.

He set the record over Lake Ouateau, Quebec last week, managing to travel 275.9 meters (905 feet 2 inches).

While engineers have been trying to solve the hoverboard problem using magnetic fields, Duru simply used a propeller based method, meaning he basically flew over the lake standing on a drone.

Along with his business partner Philippe Maalouf, Duru has been working on the drone for five years. They attribute their success to new high powered motors.

Rosetta Shows What You Would See if You Stood on a Comet

The European Space Agency has released a set of NAVCAM images of Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko showing space enthusiasts what they would see if they stood on a comet.

The images were captured by Rosetta’s OSIRIS camera between September 23 and November 21 last year as the Philae lander descended to the surface. The images were taken a distance of 8 km from the surface and immediately following its landing.

Philae landed on the comet on November 12 and experienced a hiccup when it lost power for a short period as its landing site offered less sunlight to charge its solar panels. But not before it sent some photos of the comet's surface back to Earth
