StarCraft: Remastered Gets a Release Date
StarCraft: Remastered will be released on August 14, and will cost $14.99 USD / £12.99.
The updated version of the classic RTS brings together the original game and its Brood War expansion, adding improved looks, 4K resolution support, improved multiplayer support, and modern features such as stat tracking and cloud saving. That said, if you want the 1998 experience, you can switch back at any time.
The game will also be compatible with those who still play the original versions (which are available for free), allowing for multiplayer between generations of the game.
Rick and Morty: Season 3 Premiere Date Revealed
The long wait for Rick and Morty's third season is almost over. Creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon revealed tonight that new episodes will resume on Adult Swim starting Sunday, July 30.
The news came during a special live stream event, where Roiland and Harmon responded to various audience questions even as Harmon busied himself typing out a new script for the series (with plenty of audience input). In addition to the premiere date, they also confirmed that Season 3 will clock in at 10 episodes (the same length as Season 2).
Fans of the series will no doubt remember that Season 3 technically premiered already, with Adult Swim airing "The Rickshank Redemption" several times in a row on April 1 as an unexpected April Fool's Day joke. That episode was broadcast once again leading up to the live stream, though rumors that Roiland and Harmon would debut the next episode, "Rickmancing the Stone," turned out to be false. The good news is that they did reveal a new trailer for Season 3, which you can check out below:
Anime Strike Announces Its Summer Anime Lineup
Amazon has announced its summer lineup of titles coming to Anime Strike next month.
New series premiering on Anime Strike include Dive!!, Altair: A Record of Battles, Katsugeki: Touken Ranbu, Love and Lies, Made in Abyss and Vatican Miracle Examiner. Additionally, several shows from the spring season, including Re:Creators, Sagrada Reset and Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul, will continue with new episodes throughout the summer.

Quicksilver Will Be Back for X-Men: Dark Phoenix
Evan Peters will be reprising his role as Quicksilver for Fox's upcoming X-Men: Dark Phoenix movie.
THR reports that though Quicksilver was not part of the Dark Phoenix comic book saga, he was enough of a fan favourite in the X-Men film series that he's being written into Simon Kinberg's new flick.
The publication also notes that Lamar Johnson (The Next Step) is also joining the packed cast, which includes James McAvoy (Professor X), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Nicholas Hoult (Beast),Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Alexandra Shipp (Storm) and Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler). It was recently revealed that Dazzler will make an appearance in the movie.
Infinite Warfare Absolution DLC PS4 Release Date Revealed
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's third DLC map pack, Absolution, is coming to PlayStation 4 on July 6.
The content adds a new co-op zombies adventure called Attack of the Radioactive Thing!, which is inspired by 1950s-era monster movies and set in a beach town where a government science experiment has gone horribly wrong.
Attack of the Radioactive Thing! will see the return of Paul Reubens (Gotham) as movie director villain Willard Wyler and Cassandra Peterson (Elvira: Mistress of the Dark) as horror movie icon Elvira. New traps and weapons will be featured as well.
Absolution also comes with four new maps: Fore, a large miniature golf course; Permafrost, a frozen cityscape featuring tight-quarters gameplay; Bermuda, a shantytown created around a crashed ship; and Ember, a remake of the Resistance map from Modern Warfare 3.
Full Trailer for Marvel’s Inhumans Released
There's finally a full trailer for Marvel's Inhumans, highlighting how a family fracture will serve as one of the focuses for the series.
The roughly two-minute video shows that there's not much brotherly love between Black Bolt, played by Anson Mount, and Maximus, portrayed by Game of Thrones' Iwan Rheon. You can watch the trailer below.
The Inhumans will get a special IMAX premiere on September 1. The Marvel series will then debut on ABC on September 29, with the show airing Fridays for the network.

Destiny Fan Event GuardianCon Raises Over $1 Million for Charity
The Destiny fan convention GuardianCon met its lofty charity goal this year, having already raised more than a million dollars for pediatric research before the show officially kicks off.
The two-day convention, running Friday, June 30 through Saturday, July 1 in Tampa, Florida, has raised $1.2 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the week preceding the event. The charity gaming stream was called #LittleLights and concluded today. It hit the target, but campaign organizers are still counting the donations coming in.
The convention itself will officially start tomorrow at the Florida State Fairgrounds. It will include a podcast theater, workshops, panels, PvP tournaments, live music, and artist booths. Passes are $30 for Friday or $50 for both days.
The New Mutants: Alice Braga Replaces Rosario Dawson
Alice Braga has joined the cast of The New Mutants, replacing Rosario Dawson.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Braga (I Am Legend, Elysium, Predators) will star as Dr. Cecilia Reyes—the role previously assigned to Dawson—in 20th Century Fox's upcoming X-Men spinoff movie. The reason behind Dawson's departure from the project is not yet known.
