Seven Deadly Sins Anime Movie Coming Summer 2018
A new season of The Seven Deadly Sins anime will premiere in January 2018, which will be followed by an anime movie that summer.
As reported by Anime News Network, the staff behind the series shared the news this past weekend at the Nanatsu no Taizai FES event in Tokyo, Japan. The new season, titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments, is being produced by animation studio A-1 Pictures and directed by Takeshi Furuta.
Spider-Man: Homecoming Suffers Largest Second-Weekend Box Office Drop of the MCU
Update: The weekend's actual box office results have come in, and Spider-Man: Homecoming actually underperformed compared to the initially announced estimate. With a result of $44.2 million, the film endured a 62.2 percent drop. The graph below has been updated to reflect that.

RuneScape Announced With Cross-Play for Mobile Devices
RuneScape and Old School RuneScape are coming to mobile and tablet devices with PC cross-platform play.
Publisher and developer Jagex announced the two Western MMORPGs will be the first of their kind to provide full cross-play between PC and mobile platforms. This will allow players to jump between playing on either platform while keeping all of their progress and characters.
Players can choose to log out from their PC and continue their RuneScape adventure on their mobile device, picking up from the same in-game moment they left off on their PC. Naturally, you'll also be able to just play either game solely on your mobile device, if you so desire.
Old School RuneScape will come to mobile this winter, with RuneScape to follow sometime thereafter.

Dragon Ball FighterZ Teases Closed Beta
Dragon Ball FighterZ is getting a closed beta soon for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Developer Arc System Works announced the news at EVO 2017, confirming that signups for the closed beta will begin on July 26 for PS4 and Xbox One players. There was no mention of the beta coming to PC.
Additionally, Trunks has officially been added to Dragon Ball FighterZ's roster, confirming reports last month that the character will join Cell, Frieza, Gohan, Goku, Majin Buu and Vegeta as the game's seventh playable fighter. Check out the trailer below to see him in action.
Final Fantasy Fighting Game Gets Closed Beta
A closed beta for Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will take place in the coming months, Square Enix announced at Evo 2017.
The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer featuring a message from Square Enix director Takeo Kujiraoka and producer Ichiro Hazama. The publisher didn't reveal specific dates for the closed beta, only saying it will be held in the next couple of months.
Registration is now open on Square Enix's website.
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT was announced last month for PlayStation 4. The arcade fighting game comes to console with over 20 playable characters from the world of Final Fantasy, an offline mode, and a new story mode written by Kazushige Nojima.
Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars Exclusive Trailer
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars will be available on digital on August 22, and will be released on DVD, Blu-ray and as a 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray Combo Pack on September 19.
Additionally, the new CG animated sequel will be shown in select theaters for a special one-night event, courtesy of Sony Pictures and Fathom Events, on August 21. Check out the exclusive trailer right here:
Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars sees Johnny Rico (Casper Van Dien) and Dizzy Flores (Dina Meyer) in a fight to protect Mars from a bug attack. Ed Neumeier wrote the script, and Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed Alpha) and Masaru Matsumoto (Castlevania: Judgment) co-directed the movie.
Nightwing Director on What It Will Take to Play the DC Hero
Chris McKay, director of the upcoming live-action Nightwing movie, recently revealed what he requires from the actor who eventually lands the "grueling" superhero role.
"He has to," McKay said when asked if the actor will have to share his love for the DC hero. "It has to be full commitment," he added, noting that it's "going to be grueling from a martial arts, gymnastics and stunt perspective."
