Super Meat Boy Creator’s New Game Delayed
Super Meat Boy creator Edmund McMillen's new game The Legend of Bum-bo has been delayed.
McMilllen announced on Twitter the game has been pushed back to the first half of 2018. The delay is due to McMillen and co-developer James Id having expanded the scope of The Legend of Bum-bo since its initial announcement back in 2016. McMillen promises to share more news and a teaser trailer for the game sometime in February.
Not much is known about The Legend of Bum-bo, other than it's some kind of a turn-based puzzle RPG. It's also not known which platforms the game will be released on. James Id, who is responsible for all The Binding of Isaac trailers, is handing programming and 3D elements, such as art.

Netflix Confirms Bright Sequel
Netflix has announced that Bright will receive a sequel after it became the most-watched film on the service in its first week of release.
Stars Will Smith and Joel Edgerton, alongside director David Ayer, are "expected to return" for the sequel, but no plot or release details have been given. Writer Max Landis does not appear to be involved in the sequel, however.
Bright is currently the number 1 film on Netflix in every country, and is among the biggest ever Netflix originals ever launched, including sequels and follow-up seasons.
We awarded the film a 7.0 review, calling it a "fun ride", but saying that it "could have been something truly special if it had slowed down the pace of its narrative to allow for a fuller exploration of its engaging world."

X-Files: Season 11 ‘Closer to What We Used to Do’ – Duchovny
After the heightened pace of Season 10's six-episode revival of The X-Files, series star David Duchovny has said that the eleventh season's expanded episode count (they're getting ten this time around) means that the show is able to recreate something "closer to what we used to do".
Speaking to Comicbook.com, Duchovny references the difficult job the show's writers had for the tenth season - bringing back a show that had been in hibernation for eight years, since 2008's big-screen X-Files: I Want to Believe. Fitting so much exposition into the six-episode event series was a tall order, and Duchovny seems confident that, with that exposition out of the way and ten episodes scheduled for the eleventh season, the show will be able to recapture a spirit closer to the series' original run.
