The Binding of Isaac Card Game Hits $1.1M on Kickstarter
The Binding of Isaac card game on Kickstarter has surpassed $1.1 million — and still has 16 days to go.
Called The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls, the card game has smashed its $50,000 goal and actually hit that target in just one-and-a-half hours. Isaac creator (and Super Meat Boy co-creator) Edmund McMillen is behind the project.
The card game, planned to release this November, includes "iconic monsters, items, characters and random happenings" from The Binding of Isaac. And to celebrate hitting the $1 million milestone, a semi transparent Stained Glass sticker will be included in all game boxes.
WWE 2K19 Not Coming to Switch After Last Year’s Disastrous Port
WWE 2K19 won't be coming to Nintendo Switch after the widely-criticised port of WWE 2K18.
Per PowerupGaming, 2K has confirmed this year's upcoming entry won't have a Switch port. 2K released the following statement on the matter:
“WWE 2K19 will not be available on Nintendo Switch. 2K is focused on making the best possible experience for WWE 2K fans and will continue evaluating all opportunities to deliver the franchise across additional platforms.”
WWE 2K18 was the first game in the series to come out on Nintendo's console and was panned. In IGN's review of the port, which we scored a 3.8, we said its "awful performance problems and bugs make it all but unplayable."

Todd Howard: ‘If You Want Us to Stop Releasing Skyrim Ports, Stop Buying Them’
Bethesda boss Todd Howard says "millions of people every month" still play Skyrim, and "that's why
will keep releasing it."
Skyrim ports have become a bit of a running joke of late, and even Bethesda is in on it, going so far as to make a spoof commercial starring Keegan-Michael Keys playing the RPG on the Amazon Echo, which turned out to be real and is even playable on your smart toilet.

MCU Producer Kevin Feige Says Infinity War’s Ending Applies to All Animals
SPOILERS for Infinity War and Ant-Man and the Wasp continue below: read at your own risk!
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed in an interview with Birth. Movies. Death. that, yes, half of all animals were affected by Thano's life-ending snap. In fact, all life was affected.
When asked if half of all animals were dead (including ants!) at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, Feige simply responded "Yes! Yes. All life."
This explicitly confirms much fan speculation stemming from this drastic ending which applied to Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp and will almost certainly come into play in the upcoming MCU films Captain Marvel and Avengers 4.
Star Wars Episode IX: Lando Calrissian Returning
Star Wars: Episode IX will see the return of Billy Dee Williams as Lando Calrissian.
THR reports Williams will make his long-awaited return to a galaxy far, far away as the beloved, smooth-talking smuggler. However, there's no word yet on how big Williams' role will be in the upcoming mainline Star Wars film.
Williams made his debut as Lando in 1977's Star Wars: A New Hope and then appeared in The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Return of the Jedi (1983). Donald Glover recently portrayed a younger version of the character in this year's Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Jeremy Renner Joins Cast of Film Adaptation of Spawn
Jeremy Renner is joining the cast of the film adaptation of Spawn, based on the comics by Todd McFarlane.
Renner will star as the human detective Twitch Williams who helps in the fight against evil. Renner, a two-time Oscar nominee, is perhaps best known as Hawkeye in the Avengers series.
"The character doesn’t need to be a bodybuilder or GQ handsome," McFarlane, who is also planning on writing and directing the movie, told Deadline. "I was looking for somebody who’s a person you’ve met before; I needed someone who can pull off the grief of an average human being. I’ve seen Jeremy do that in more than a few of his movies."
