Halloween: Jamie Lee Curtis Tells Us Which Records It’s Broken
Halloween has had one of the best openings for an October movie ever, but star Jamie Lee Curtis wants fans to look beyond its $77.5 million USD in opening weekend sales.
"OK. I’m going for one BOAST post," Curtis recently tweeted, listing the new film's accolades. "Biggest horror movie opening with a female lead. Biggest movie opening with a female lead over 55. Second biggest October movie opening ever. Biggest Halloween

Black Ops 4 Will Receive ‘Several’ Updates to Improve Network Performance
Since Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launched last week, some players have experienced issues with network latency that have kept them from fully enjoying its online multiplayer modes. However, developer Treyarch plans on this being a temporary problem, as the studio is currently working on a fix.
"For a game launch with as massive a population as ours hitting so many global servers at once, we configure our infrastructure to ensure game stability as the highest priority over all other factors," Treyarch said on Reddit. "Now that we're past the initial launch of the game, we are focusing on fine-tuning network performance across the globe, using the real-world data we have collected.
