Game of Thrones Cosplay to Strengthen Father-Son Bond

Welcome to Hero Makeover, our video series where professional costume designers and makeup artists transform real-world heroes into their favorite characters.

A father named David is our hero in Episode 4. At 6'8" tall, David felt awkward and out of place before discovering cosplay. By portraying his favorite characters from film and television, he's able to celebrate his height, and in Hero Makeover's fourth episode, we help him share this passion with his son, Max. Rust Coming Out of Early Access in Feb., But Still Not Ready for Final Release

After over 4 years of being in Early Access on Steam, the survival game Rust is moving to the next stage in its development.

Announced in an official blog post Rust will no longer be an Early Access game as of February 8, 2018.

The post clarifies this doesn't mean the game is finished yet and urges players to "Think of it more like we're leaving Prototyping and entering Alpha."

Facepunch Studios also promises to keep releasing updates, though they will be on a monthly, rather than weekly, to ensure greater stability. There will also be a different version of Rust available, similar to a public test server, which will be updated daily but may not be as stable.

Rocket League to Get Cross-Platform Party Support in 2018

It looks like the popular vehicular soccer game Rocket League is set to see cross-platform party support in 2018, building off of its cross-platform play functionality.

When asked on Twitter whether the feature was coming, the official support account for the game replied, saying "We’re actively working on cross-platform party support for a 2018 release."

This is in line with Psyonix's roadmap released towards the end of last year, in which the developer said it intended to roll out PsyNet parties, the game's party system, to all players in 2018.

13 Razzie Nominations That Make No Sense

The Golden Raspberry Awards are basically the polar opposite of the Academy Awards. Every year the Razzie judges get together to pick out the very worst Hollywood had to offer and "honor" those films, actors, actresses and writers. Some consider it to be a good-natured way of poking fun at bad moves. Others criticize the Razzies as being pointless at best and mean-spirited spirited at worst.

Either way, most film lovers would agree that the Razzie judges don't always make the best judgment calls. That was made apparent with this year's list of nominations, which include a nom for Jennifer Lawrence as Worst Actress in mother! As we explain in the slideshow below, many critics agreed that Jennifer Lawrence's performance is one of the strongest elements of the highly divisive film (which is certified fresh on the critics aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes but received an "F" CinemaScore from audiences).
