Disney World’s Toy Story Land Opening this Summer

As detailed on the Disney Parks website, the 11-acre land will open on June 30 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida. It'll include a Slinky Dog Dash rollercoaster, which will feature Slinky and Jessie. Another attraction is the twirly Alien Swirling Saucers ride, which is based on Sid’s favorite The Claw game featuring little green aliens and their flying saucers.

It first opened back in 2008 and will now include a third track, allowing more guest to take aim at 3D objects using everything from baseballs to cream pies. Woody’s Lunch Box will also serve refreshments and food, and Toy Story Land will be filled with giant crayons, green army men, rubik's cubes, tinkertoys, and more.

Last Update: June 2018

Not long ago, a laptop with a touchscreen was considered pretty out of place. Sure, it was nice to have the option to tap or scroll with your finger, but there was no real advantage to having a touchscreen since it was often times easier to just use the touchpad. As tablets continued to gain in popularity, and Microsoft admitted it messed up with Windows 8 by going whole hog with touch, the idea of convertible 2-in-1 laptops was born.

System Shock Remaster Put on ‘Hiatus’

The System Shock remaster is on hiatus, and the team is reassessing the best path forward in development.

Nightdive Studios' CEO and founder Stephen Kick made the announcement on the game's Kickstarter page, assuring fans the game has not been cancelled, merely postponed, to give the team time to "return to

In the hiatus announcement, Kick said during development, due in part to changing game engines from Unity to Unreal, and the team's subsequent ability and desire to "

more," the team strayed "from the core concepts of the original title." The team went through changes, and the scope, concept, and budget for the game changed as well.

Jean Grey has been dead in the comic books for 15 years, but now she’s back with a twist that completely changes the game for the character.

Warning: full spoilers ahead for Phoenix Resurrection: The Return of Jean Grey and X-Men Red!

Jean Grey was brought back to life by the Phoenix in the pages of January’s Phoenix Resurrection #5. But instead of bonding once more with the cosmic entity that gave her incredible powers, Jean turned the Phoenix away. It was a truly shocking twist, but it immediately made sense why the folks at Marvel Comics decided to do it: Jean Grey is better off without the Phoenix.
