Chris Evans Seems to Confirm Black Widow Movie
Captain America himself, Chris Evans has appeared to confirm the long-rumoured Black Widow standalone movie.
Speaking to ET Canada about the success of Black Panther, Evans said:
"There's nothing they can't do, man. And I'm sure it's going to have the exact same effect when Captain Marvel comes out, and then the Black Widow movie comes out. Marvel just has the winning recipe."
With Marvel currently releasing three films a year, and with both 2018 and 2019 already fully scheduled, it seems likely that a Black Widow movie would hit a 2020 release date.
Last month, we heard reports that the movie was in the very early stages of development, and had attached a scriptwriter.

Black Panther’s CinemaScore Revealed
Black Panther received an "A+" CinemaScore in audience exit polling its opening night.
CinemaScore is the letter grade domestic filmgoers assign to a movie in audience exit polling conducted opening night. It's been a barometer by which Hollywood has gauged how their movies will perform at the box office for roughly two decades now, but it has become, in the digital age, an even more talked about facet in how studios and the media respond to a movie's performance.
Given how highly critics have rated the franchise's latest installment (97% certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes) and its record-smashing box office debut, it really shouldn't come as any surprise that audiences loved Marvel's latest film enough to give it such a stellar score.
Steam Puzzle Game Offers 1 Bitcoin to First Player to Beat It
A puzzle game coming out soon on Steam promises to offer a single Bitcoin to the first person who can beat it.
The developers of Montecrypto: The Bitcoin Enigma, Gem Rose Accent, will launch the $2 USD game on Steam on February 20. Players must traverse a maze in first-person and solve 24 different puzzles. The first player to finish all of the puzzles will receive one Bitcoin, which is currently worth a little over $9,800 USD.
You can work with others to solve these puzzles, leave hints and clues behind for other players, or lead them down dead ends if you so choose. Motherboard reports the developers of the game want to remain anonymous until a winner is crowned.
Black Panther Opening Smashes Box Office Records
Black Panther is breaking box office records left and right as weekend estimates in North America continue to climb for the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The film is estimated to make $192 million over its first three days at the domestic box office and somewhere between $218 million and $222 million over the four-day Presidents Day weekend. This puts the film well ahead of Deadpool's 2016 record of $152 million, setting a new for both Presidents Day weekend and the month of February.
On top of that, Black Panther has surpassed Beauty and the Beasts' $174 million record for the biggest pre-summer opening weekend of all time, as well as Iron Man 3's record as the highest grossing solo superhero movie in history. The Ryan Coogler-directed film also broke the record for the biggest debut for a film by a black director, soaring well past F. Gary Gray's The Fate of the Furious, which opened to $98.8 million last year.

Transformers Movie Franchise Will Reportedly Reset
IGN has confirmed the Transformers movie universe will likely be reset following the release of Bumblebee, which hits theaters on December 21.
A Hasbro representative provided IGN with the following statement:
We are working with the new Paramount leadership team to lay out the future of Transformers films and there will likely not be a movie in 2019. We’re very much looking forward to Bumblebee coming in December.
Hasbro will have more creative control over the film franchise moving forward. This confirms comments made at Toy Fair, reported by TFW2005, that there will be no new Transformers film in the near future. A new team at Paramount will reportedly reboot the live-action series.
