Jason Bateman Apologizes to Arrested Development Co-Star Jessica Walter

Jason Bateman has issued an apology to his co-star Jessica Walter following a controversial Arrested Development New York Times interview.

Jeffrey Tambor previously revealed he had a confrontation with Walter, which resulted in Tambor verbally harassing his co-star on the set of the comedy series. In the NY Times interview, Walter addressed the incident for the first time while breaking down in tears.

During the same interview, Bateman repeatedly excuses Tambor's behavior.

“Again, not to belittle it or excuse it or anything, but in the entertainment industry it is incredibly common to have people who are, in quotes, ‘difficult,'" Bateman said during the NY Times interview. "And what you learn is context. And you learn about character and you learn about work habits, work ethics, and you start to understand.

Every day leading up to the show, we'll be highlight the stuff we want to see and play at E3 2018. Today's game: SHADOW OF THE TOMB RAIDER.

When Did We Last See Shadow of the Tomb Raider?

We got a chance to go hands-on with the recently-revealed game late in April. We dug its darker turn, saying, "Lara Croft has evolved into someone who’s narcissistic, and destructive, and obsessed with finding the next treasure, or the next artifact that defines her importance. She’ll go far enough to ignore her allies, even if it means starting a war - even an apocalypse - all by herself, because the race to win is more important than anything else." As soon as a new circle is revealed for all players, the new backpack will update to exclusively reveal the next upcoming circle.

Atomic Heart Has the Coolest Trailer of the Year, But What Actually Is It?

It’s fairly rare to see a game blow up from nowhere these days. Pre-development crowdfunding, #screenshotsaturday gif threads and teasers for teaser trailers for full trailers have somewhat put paid to the true unknown in gaming. Even E3 surprises - presumably shrouded in enough NDA paperwork to insulate a building - are few and far between in the age of the leak.

Which is why arriving at work on a Wednesday morning to find a Twitter feed full of people collectively losing their minds over an all-but-unheard-of Soviet nuclearpunk nightmare shooter felt quite so special. If you haven’t watched the Atomic Heart trailer, you should remedy that now:

Disney ended the same day at just over $153 billion, putting the two media titans in close competition.

Netflix's new market cap also puts the company ahead of Comcast, which finished trading at $146 billion on Wednesday.

Back in April, we reported that Netflix had already overshadowed the market value of other major media conglomerates including Warner Bros., Fox, and Sony.
