Fortnite Players Want the Heavy Shotgun Buffed or Vaulted
The Heavy Shotgun in Fortnite sits at the highest tier of shotguns, but players want the rare item buffed or removed entirely.
When it was first introduced two months ago, the Heavy Shotgun brought fear to Fortnite fans who were already suffering at the hands of the incredibly powerful Pump Shotgun and the double pumping effect, in which an enemy uses two different shotguns in quick succession. Learning that an even more powerful shotgun in the epic and legendary varieties was coming to Fortnite was a head-scratcher, but it wasn't long before players were leaving behind the Heavy Shotgun in favor of something more common.
Ultimately, the Heavy Shotgun didn't make quite the splash fans thought it would and now players want change. Community posts on Reddit and the official Fortnite Forums are consistently discussing what should happen to this rare item.

Harvey Weinstein Turns Himself Into Authorities
Harvey Weinstein has been arrested on rape charges, after turning himself into authorities in New York.
Weinstein faced multiple allegations of sexual abuse last year, which in part led to the rise of the #MeToo movement. He turned himself in at the first precinct in Manhattan and has now been charged with rape, a criminal sex act, sex abuse, and sexual misconduct stemming from encounters with two separate women, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The assault charges relate to actress Lucia Evans, while the rape charges are related to an unnamed woman.
Working with Dinosaurs (Developer Diary) – IGN First
You know what they say: never work with kids, animals, and especially dinosaurs.
In this final developer diary, the team at Frontier outline not only how you set about making a dinosaur in Jurassic World Evolution, but also how you keep them happy and, more importantly, in their enclosures.
If you liked that, well you probably also want to take a look some of the other things we've dropped this month. We've announced islands, revealed the sandbox mode and shown you how Frontier made its T.Rex.

Cobra Kai Is the Anti-Ready Player One
We live in a time where intellectual properties have apparently become like comic book heroes, and it is not Uncle Ben, but apparently, only Firefly that stays dead. The latest loved cultural icon to get a revival in 2018 is The Karate Kid, this time in the form of a TV show on YouTube Red – and to the surprise of absolutely everyone, it got both positive reviews and was successful enough to get a second season.
It was like the universe aligned in order to make this show exist. Our new-found obsession with 80’s nostalgia through streaming shows, Ralph Macchio’s acceptance of his iconic role and recent tour of comic conventions, William Zabka appearing as himself on How I Met Your Mother sparking hot takes on why Daniel LaRusso is actually the bully and Johnny a misunderstood hero. Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald created a show that feels just like watching the original 1984 movie, yet unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Solo definitely doesn’t skimp on those references and easter eggs, but I wanted to highlight the one that made me just about jump out of my seat when I heard it.
Don’t Expect Overwatch for Nintendo Switch
It doesn't sound likely that Overwatch will come to Nintendo Switch.
Speaking with Gamespot, Blizzard senior game producer Matthew Hawley discussed the possibilities of Overwatch heading to the hybrid system and mobile devices. "There are challenges in running on the platforms that we're not already on, otherwise we would probably already be on some of those other platforms," he said.
"We'll see where things go. Certainly, there is a huge number of people out there who have Nintendo Switch and mobile phones, but right now, the core development team is focused on supporting the live game."
Fortnite: Epic Looking at Keeping a ‘Large Squad Mode’
Fortnite's popular 50v50 mode — or something very much like it — might become a permanent fixture in the game, according to Epic.
"We’ve heard you about your love for 50v50 and we’re currently evaluating keeping a larger squad mode live at all times for those who enjoy that type of battling more!" the developer said in an update.
Fortnite's 50v50 mode is one of its most popular, catering to both casual and active playstyles, according to fans of the Limited Time Mode.
The 50v50 LTM first went live at the end of last year after it was revealed at the 2017 Game Awards.
