Guardians of the Galaxy: Who Should Replace James Gunn?
With Disney firing James Gunn as the helmer of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 - a move that's caused over 275k fans (at the time of this writing) to sign a petition at change.org calling for his rehiring - the hotly-anticipated threequel, which is expected to introduce comic book character Adam Warlock to the MCU, is now in desperate need of a director.
It's a tricky ordeal, to say the least. The Guardians films, and Gunn's overall influence on the tone and look of the space-story elements of the MCU (Thor even brightened up and leaned into full comedy with Ragnarok), can't be overstated. Keeping everything in mind - from the biting banter between the ragtag Guardians team, the surrogate family elements, the carefully-curated '70s mixtape soundtrack, and Gunn's specific vision for the next chapter in the tale - Marvel basically needs to find someone who can seamlessly slip into a cursed-blessing of a role.
Dragon Ball Super: Broly Movie Trailer Hints at a Major Change in Broly’s Backstory
The twentieth Dragon Ball movie received its first major trailer at San Diego Comic-Con, and with it, we learned about its titular villain, Broly. This isn’t the same Broly we’ve grown to love over the years. Dragon Ball Super: Broly puts a whole new spin on his character, his origins, and actually makes him part of the Dragon Ball canon. With that in mind, let’s dive into who this new Broly could be, and what his reintroduction could mean for Dragon Ball Super.
Broly is, without question, one of the most intimidating characters in Dragon Ball, and that doesn’t appear to be changing with this new movie. The trailer makes it clear that his height and incredible bulkiness have returned in full force as we see him dwarf both Vegeta and Frieza in his Legendary Super Saiyan form. It’s this absurdity in his size that has made him such a memorable villain over the years. While some villains might be smart, conniving, or have limitless energy, Broly is simply a monster. He manhandles his opponents, tossing them around and crushing them with his incredible might and size.
James Gunn’s Starsky and Hutch Reboot Was Already Dead at Amazon
James Gunn's Starsky and Hutch TV reboot was scrapped at Amazon months before the current controversy surrounding the filmmaker.
A spokesperson for Amazon Studios confirmed to Metro the project, which was announced last year, has been dead for quite a while now. The decision was made before Disney fired Gunn as director of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 last weekend over offensive tweets Gunn made that recently resurfaced.

Wrecking Ball, the game's 28th hero, is a hamster in a spherical mech that can catapult himself around the map. Unlike D.Va, the game's other mech-based tank, Wrecking Ball is not playable outside of his mech.
The hero is also known as Hammond. After escaping from Horizon Lunar Colony, Hammond landed in the Australian Outback. Once there, he assembled his mech and took on the persona of Wrecking Ball.
Here are Wrecking Ball's abilities:

EA Didn’t Push BioWare Into Creating Anthem, Says Game’s Narrative Lead
If you think the upcoming Anthem seems like a far cry from BioWare's usual game, you're not alone.
However, James Ohlen, former BioWare senior creative director, squashed rumors claiming publisher EA made the creators of Knights of the Old Republic and the Mass Effect series develop Anthem as a service-based, multiplayer adventure shooter.
In an interview with Game Informer, Ohlen said "I think one of the things about BioWare has been really good at it, which has allowed it to survive for more than two decades, is taking risks and trying new and different things."
