Iron Fist Season 2 Trailer Teases Steel Serpent and Iconic Costume

Netflix has released the final Iron Fist Season 2 trailer, and it features plenty of action alongside teases for Danny Rand's iconic comic book costume and the villainous Steel Serpent, who was previewed as a major part of the new season at Comic-Con.

The trailer, which you can view below, begins with Danny Rand (Finn Jones) seemingly having taken up Daredevil's mantle as protector of Hell's Kitchen following the events of The Defenders - pushing himself to the breaking point while taking on street-level thugs. The footage puts a large emphasis on Sacha Dhawan's Davos, who's set to go up against Danny as the Steel Serpent, judging by his glowing red fist. New villain Typhoid Mary (Alice Eve) is also briefly featured, alongside the returning Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick) and Luke Cage's Misty Knight (Simone Missick), who will seemingly also be a big part of this season - perhaps teeing up a Daughters of the Dragon spinoff.

Seth Rollins Should Have Faced Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam

Obviously, there's nothing that can be done at this point to change the WWE SummerSlam main event of Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar. I know this. The only wild card in play that can possibly reshape the scenario a bit is the Money in the Bank contract, which will either be held by Braun Strowman or Kevin Owens. But what's done is done. What's booked is booked. I'm just sort of Flashpoint'ing all of this.

On Sunday, August 19th, from Brooklyn's Barclays Center, SummerSlam will presumedly close out with the Universal Championship match between Reigns and Lesnar, marking the fourth time these two have clashed one-on-one on a major televised/WWE Network event, and the fifth time overall (last year's SummerSlam main event was a Fatal Fourway). Along these lines, with the Greatest Royal Rumble botch still counting, Roman has failed to defeat Lesnar all previous four times. Now he gets another go round at the champ who only surfaces when the spectral hound barks at dawn and three clovers appear in the knot of the old oak tree.

Amazon Is Reportedly Trying to Acquire a Movie Theater Chain

The next target for Jeff Bezos' ever-expanding Amazon empire might be movie theaters.

In a new report, Bloomberg writes that Amazon is in pursuit of acquiring Landmark Theaters. Amazon is said to be just one of several potential buyers of Landmark, a privately held company. And while an acquisition by any of the interested parties is said to be far from finalized, Landmark's owners have been working with an investment bank on making a possible sale.

Landmark focuses on showing independent and foreign films on its 268 screens at 56 theaters in 27 markets. The chain falls under the umbrella of Wagner/Cuban Companies., an entertainment group co-owned by billionaires Todd Wagner and Mark Cuban.

Blizzard Says Overwatch on Switch Is ‘Feasible,’ Starcraft 2 Less Likely

Blizzard has said that porting Overwatch to the Nintendo Switch would be "feasible," but Starcraft 2, on the other hand, would be a much more difficult challenge.

Following the confirmation that Diablo III would be headed to the Switch this fall, Blizzard Senior Producer Pete Stillwell spoke to GameSpot about the potential of also bringing Overwatch to Nintendo's latest console.

Star Wars: Canceled Spinoff Would’ve Reportedly Gone to Tatooine

A canceled Star Wars spinoff would've featured Tatooine, according to production designer Neil Lamont.

In an interview with CinemaBlend, Lamont revealed a Star Wars spinoff project, which was reportedly canned for unknown reasons, would've gone to Tatooine alongside a variety of other "new galaxies."

"We were just starting our work on another Star Wars spinoff and yeah," Lamont said. "We were actually just making our mark on Tatooine -- which would have been interesting and some other new galaxies.

"So hopefully, if that comes back, we'll get the chance to be able to do that further."

The Black Order, Thanos' personal squad of super villains, is getting its own limited comic series.

As reported by CBR, the limited series will simply be called Black Order, and it is being worked on by writer Derek Landy and artist Philip Tan. The first of five issues in this limited series, Black Order #1 goes on sale November 7.

Planet With Takes Typical Anime Tropes and Makes Them Great

Aliens. Cat mascots. Robots. Maid girls. What’s the first word that comes to your mind when you think of anime?

Lately for me, it’s been the show Planet With, streaming on Crunchyroll this season.

Planet With, in many ways, reminds me of the chuuni anime that aired back in the 2000s: the ones filled with high fantasy, big stakes, and a large cast of complicated friendships. Remember the times of Inuyasha, Code Geass, and Fullmetal Alchemist? Each one of these shows revelled in the unordinary and embraced the joy of being a variety of genres. Romance, drama, mystery - you name it, and these shows had it. But they also weren’t afraid of tackling the utter bizarre. The main character of Inuyasha is a dog demon? Check. In Fullmetal Alchemist, one of the companions is a tiny panda? Sure. Why not wield a power in only one eye? Code Geass wasn’t afraid to.

Fast and Furious: Paul Walker’s Brothers Hope to Bring His Character Back

Paul Walker's brothers want to bring his Fast and Furious character back in a cameo role.

Speaking to the AP, Caleb and Cody Walker opened up about their desire to once again portray Paul Walker's character Brian O'Conner so he could "save the day."

“I just hope we get to — I don’t know — have a little cameo and bring Paul back to save the day and I get to help create that again,” Caleb Walker said. “That’s my dream and I hope we get to do that in one of the future movies.”

Paul Walker died in an off-set car crash in November 2013 before filming on Furious 7 was finished. Caleb and Cody Walker had to step in and film the rest of Paul Walker's scenes, with their late brother's face digitally superimposed onto their performances.

You’ve spent years building your beastly gaming setup, and a normal one-sided desk just won’t cut it anymore. Maybe you have too much gear to fit on one surface, or perhaps you need a gear-free space for writing. Whatever the reason, you need a big, L-shaped corner desk—and I'm here to help you find one.

Rounding up the best furniture is tricky. There are more great desks in the world than I could possibly list here, and you can probably find something solid by searching your neighborhood Craigslist (not to mention the notion of DIY projects). But if you're looking for something a little more modern and want it shipped right to your door, here are some good starting suggestions.
