Mark Ruffalo Explains Why He Doesn’t Have the Avengers Tattoo

Mark Ruffalo, the actor who portrays Bruce Banner/The Incredible Hulk, most recently, in Avengers: Infinity War, has spoken up about why he still hasn't gotten the tattoo that the original Avengers co-stars received earlier this year.

On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Ruffalo spoke to Fallon and said the main reason he didn't get the matching tattoo was because he is "afraid of needles."

However, he did mention that, in referring to the upcoming Avengers 4, "It's not over, there's still another movie."

He went on and jokingly said, "I've kind of got a punk rock soul and I felt like 'dude, everyone has tattoos. I'm going to be punk rock and not get the tattoo.'"

Every Big Marvel Series Just Revealed

Marvel took over the main stage at New York Comic-Con to announce new projects big and small in their annual Marvel's Next Big Thing panel, lead by editor-in-chief C.B. "This is basically the book I've wanted to do since I was 12-years-old," Aaron said at the panel before detailing out his childhood obsession with Conan novels and explaining that the deal prompted him to send a photo of his Conan collection to Cebulski to campaign for the job.
