Moana Is a Step in the Right Direction for Disney
Moana isn't the first Disney heroine to save the world, or to not have a love interest, or to have a realistically proportioned body. But the latest Disney animation main character still marks another step in the right direction for the film studio, especially considering exactly who made her.
Moana’s directors are John Musker and Ron Clements, the duo responsible for Disney classics like The Little Mermaid and Aladdin, as well as fan favorites like The Great Mouse Detective, Hercules and The Princess and the Frog. There's a trend there in their depiction of female characters that is culminating in Moana, an adventurous chieftain's daughter who scoffs at being called a princess and whose gender doesn't define or limit her.

- you can really do a lot of interesting things with that in gameplay."
Nintendo has so far refused to divulge any hardware specifics not shown off in the console's reveal trailer, and will not be discussing them until a Nintendo Direct due for broadcast in January.

Ubisoft Addresses AC: Ezio Collection Visuals Controversy
Following the release of graphics comparisons that appeared to show several unfavourable changes to Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection compared to the original games, a Youtuber and Ubisoft itself have offered a counterpoint.
Much of the ridicule centred around the appearance of a (hilariously) bug-eyed NPC in the Assassin's Creed 2 remaster. However, Ubisoft points out that this NPC is randomly generated, meaning limited numbers of players would see the same individual (although we did).
A statement from the developer to Kotaku reads:
