Chloe Bennet on SHIELD’s Big Turn of Events
Warning: Full spoilers for this week’s Agents of SHIELD episode below.
There were some big developments on Agents of SHIELD this week, particularly in the final moments. In the wake of what happened, I spoke to Chloe Bennet about what this all means going forward.
Yes, Daisy has been infected by Hive and is now under his thrall. And as we saw, she’s not messing around, using her powers in a way we’ve never seen to attempt to bury SHIELD headquarters – and the people she normally cares about – inside.
Here’s what Bennet had to say about this turn of events and what it’s like playing a different take on this character.

Legend of Zelda’s Gerudo Valley Is Jaw-Dropping in UE4
It seems like eventually, every area from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will be recreated using Unreal Engine 4. Gerudo Valley is the latest such area, and it doesn't disappoint in the slightest.
Using a rip from the 3DS version of Ocarina as a reference, modder CryZENx built the area from scratch in UE4. And it looks fantastic. There's no two ways about it, it's really quite gorgeous.
The locale is made that much more realistic by the addition of wind effects and heat distortion. The Gerudo Valley theme as rendered in Super Smash Bros. is an excellent choice to really set off this recreation. Keeping the classic Ocarina Link and Navi sound effects was also a good call.
Telltale’s The Walking Dead: Michonne Finale Drops Next Week
The final chapter in Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Michonne miniseries is scheduled to release on all platforms next week, April 26.
Titled "What We Deserve," the finale has titular character Michonne "feeling the weight of choices both recent and long ago."
According to Telltale, your choices "will determine who lives, who dies, and what redemption really means." Telltale also posted screenshots of the upcoming third chapter on its blog.
In addition to screenshots, Telltale also released a 'Your Choices' trailer for the previous episode. If you haven't yet played episode 2, but intend to, you probably won't want to watch the video, as it's filled with spoilers.
Supergiant Games Announces Pyre for PS4
The makers of Bastion and Transistor have announced their next game.
Writer and designer Greg Kasavin describes the new game, called Pyre, as about leading a party of characters "through an ancient competition spread across a vast, mystical purgatory."
Besides making choices and interacting with characters on the game's world map, your band of characters will engage in "fast, action-packed" combat. Ultimately it's your decisions that "will determine who returns to glory, and who remains in exile to the end of their days."
Pyre is currently scheduled for release on PlayStation 4 and PC sometime in 2017. Though the game will be playable as early as this Friday at PAX East.
Apple Updates MacBook With Faster Processor, Longer Battery Life
A year after Apple launched its thinnest MacBook ever, the company has released an update to the hardware, giving it a faster processor, and an improved battery life.
The updated 12-inch Retina MacBook, which keeps the same design as the original, now uses Intel’s sixth-generation Core M processor, as well as the new Intel HD Graphics 515, resulting in 25 percent faster graphical performance. Additionally, the new MacBook has faster flash storage, and owners can now get up to 10 hours of wireless web browsing (or 11 hours of movie playback).
New MacBooks are available now from Apple.com, and will hit retail stores starting tomorrow. In addition to gold, silver, and space gray, the 12-inch MacBook will also come in Rose Gold for the first time.
GoT Season 6 Premiere Screenings Hitting US Cities
Game of Thrones fans in four U.S. cities will get to watch the upcoming season premiere on the silver screen.
EW is reporting the Game of Thrones: Season 6 premiere screenings will take place in Atlanta, Austin, Boston and Denver on Sunday night. So as previously stated, no one will see the HBO show early, unless you happen to be the president of the United States.
Now this isn't the first time HBO has brought Game of Thrones to movie theaters. Last year, IMAX screenings of two Season 4 episodes brought in about $2 million over a weekend.
Better Call Saul Creators Confirm Who Left That Note
Better Call Saul producers have confirmed that a fan theory regarding the second season finale is correct.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould said that villain Gustavo Fring, played by Giancarlo Esposito, would appear in Season 3.
"We were hoping it would be more of an open question at this point," co-creator Peter Gould told Vanity Fair. "We had this—to us—this very bright idea of encoding the words 'Fring’s Back' in the episode titles. We worked very hard; more than that, the folks in our office, Jenn Carroll and Ariel Levine, worked very, very hard trying to help us figure that out. And we thought we’d be revealing it maybe sometime over the summer."
