Rocket League Basketball Mode Coming Next Week
Rocket League's basketball mode will be released via a free patch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC next week, April 26. Additionally, the NBA Flag Pack, which contains flags for all thirty NBA teams, will be available that same day for $2 USD.
In a blog post, developer Psyonix describes Hoops Mode as "a dynamic basketball twist" on Rocket League's original formula of soccer meets driving. You can see the new mode in action in the trailer below.
In addition to the new mode, the patch will also introduce a new arena called Dunk House. Anyone who downloads the patch will also be given a single NBA team flag.
PlayStation NEO: How It Could Fail
So it looks like the PlayStation NEO may be real.
Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time a console manufacturer has created a significant hardware expansion mid-generation. It’s happened several times before, with mixed results. Here are 3 examples of what history has to teach us about console upgrades.
The TurboGrafx-16 (called the PC Engine in Japan) was a late-80s Japanese console that beat Sega and Nintendo’s 16-bit models to market. The console was designed to be expandable, with compatibility built into its tiny Core Grafx base that encouraged CD-ROM based expansions, upgraded video output, improved sound, several varieties of RAM expansions, and optional internal storage memory. The console was actually a big hit in Japan.

Inside the Minds of Game of Thrones’ Most Hated Family
Each season of Game of Thrones, more and more power players are removed from the playing field. The Baratheons are gone. The few Starks left alive are stuck regrouping. Even the Lannisters are weaker than they've ever been. And then there's the Boltons.
Starting on the sidelines and working their way into a position of power through cunning and betrayal, Roose Bolton (Michael McElhatton) and his legitimized bastard son Ramsay (Iwan Rheon) have become two of the strongest people in the Seven Kingdoms. Even though they lost Sansa Stark (their claim to Winterfell) at the end of Season 5, the Boltons still have a powerful army and a firm hold on the North.

Xbox 360 Production Has Ended
Head of Xbox Phil Spencer has announced Microsoft will no longer be making Xbox 360 consoles.
"Xbox 360 means a lot to everyone in Microsoft," wrote Spencer. "And while we’ve had an amazing run, the realities of manufacturing a product over a decade old are starting to creep up on us. Which is why we have made the decision to stop manufacturing new Xbox 360 consoles. We will continue to sell existing inventory of Xbox 360 consoles, with availability varying by country."
Spencer went on to mention existing Xbox 360 hardware will still be supported, you'll still be able to buy 360 games through the online store, and Xbox Live services will remain active. Xbox One owners will still be able to play Xbox 360 games through backwards compatibility.
