Worms Content Coming to Rocket League Tomorrow
The amount of content being added to Rocket League in the April 26 update has grown again, with the inclusion of Worms W.M.D. items.
A Worms topper, a Grenade Antenna, and a Worms W.M.D. flag will be available as customization options.

The main part of tomorrow's update is the introduction of the Hoops basketball mode and NBA DLC. However, a bunch of cross-promotional cosmetic items are being added too, including a Witcher medallion, and a Euro Truck Simulator 2 themed antenna.
Id Software Co-Founders Announce New FPS
John Romero and Adrian Carmack, two of the founders behind id Software, launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund a new FPS called Blackroom.
Blackroom is expected to release in Winter 2018 on PC and Mac and the Kickstarter campaign is seeking $700,000. The developers describe it as “a visceral, varied and violent shooter that harkens back to classic FPS play with a mixture of exploration, speed, and intense, weaponized combat.”
New X-Men: Apocalypse Trailer
A new trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse has hit.
The film, which stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Olivia Munn and Oscar Isaac, is due for release on May 27.

One year after the events of Age of Ultron, the Avengers are being put in check by politicians wanting to hold superheroes accountable for their actions, which causes a rift between Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) and Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), and splits the team down the middle.
King of Fighters 14 Release Date Revealed
SNK has revealed King of Fighters XIV will be coming out in North America on August 23, while in Japan it'll be out on August 25.
Three new trailers accompanied the announcement, showing off some of the features, the characters, and the Classic Kyo DLC costume.
King of Fighters XIV was announced at TGS last year in Japan, and it was later announced the game will be exclusive to PS4. Earlier this month we learned it will be heading to the Americas.
Rainbow Six Siege Update Includes Two Navy SEAL Operators
Rainbow Six Siege update Operation Dust Line will release in early May, Ubisoft revealed. The update—like the Operation Black Ice DLC, which was released in February—will introduce two new counterterrorism operators.
Ubisoft has revealed the new operators to be Valkyrie and Blackbeard from the United States Navy SEALs. Valkyrie, whose primary role is as defense, will "have access to deployable sticky cameras." Blackbeard—the attacker—comes equipped with a rifle and shield.

ESL Bans Porn-Sponsored Esports Team
The Electronic Sports League has banned Team YP, a pro gaming team from Europe.
Team YP's main sponsor is adult website YouPorn, which breaches an ESL policy which prevents teams from being sponsored by organizations which are "widely known for pornographic … or other adult/mature themes and products."
According to VentureBeat, Team YP offered to re-brand several times, however the offers were turned down and YP are no longer allowed to participate at ESL events.
An ESL spokesperson gave the following statement to GamesBeat:
"Advertising pornography is not legal in the markets we operate in, and the vast majority of partners we’re working with have strict ‘no drugs, no alcohol, no pornography’ rules that we’ve contractually taken on board. These aren’t new rules but ones that have been in our rulebooks for a long time. We have spoken to Team YP manager earlier this year, and in that conversation we’ve explained the situation and rules in detail and offered to look for potential alternatives in a bigger group. At the same time, we’re consulting with our legal teams about this. We will inform the team and the management as soon as we have any updates."
Nintendo’s Amiibo-Exclusive Game Releasing This Week
Nintendo's new Amiibo game Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge will arrive on the Nintendo eShop on April 28.
The game, which is only playable with the use of Amiibo figures, is the latest in Nintendo's puzzle series that began as Mario vs. Donkey Kong.
All Amiibo will be compatible with Mini Mario & Friends, but certain Mario series characters will unlock special abilities for the in-game Mini Toy—for instance, Yoshi eats enemies, while Bowser Jr. is immune to spikes.
Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge is available as a free download on Nintendo 3DS systems and Wii U.
Players who purchase any Amiibo figure from a participating retailer will get a brief head-start on the game. All Amiibo purchased from GameStop, Amazon, and Best Buy will include an early access code for Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge.
First Hollywood, Now Bollywood – Stan Lee Making Indian Superhero Film
Fresh from conquering Hollywood, comic book legend Stan Lee, is making his first foray into Bollywood superhero films.
As reported by Variety, Stan Lee is helping to adapt his Indian superhero, Chakra the Invincible for a live-action Bollywood production.
Chakra - a teenage Mumbai tech genius who dons a suit that supercharges the seven centres of spiritual power in his body - has so far appeared in cartoon and comic book form. However, the live action version will see him aged up into his 20s.
The film will be directed by the Cannes-selected Vikramaditya Motwane, and will be co-written by Lee.
Huge Overwatch Truck Hits a Car at PAX East
At PAX East this weekend, Blizzard was running a cross-promotion between Overwatch and Uber, but things didn't go quite to plan.
Soldier, a massive Overwatch-branded 76' Ford F560 truck apparently crashed into another car. Thankfully no one was hurt. However, to make things even more embarrassing, CEO of Gearbox Randy Pitchford told his half a million Twitter followers about it.
