Cuphead ‘Guaranteed’ to Return, Developer Says

Cuphead creators Chad and Jared Moldenhauer have confirmed we haven't seen the last of the iconic protagonist of Studio MDHR's boss-heavy run and gun action game.

"Guaranteed you'll see Cuphead at some point," Jared replied on the latest episode of our monthly interview show IGN Unfiltered when asked if Cuphead was a one-and-done thing.

"But as far as what are our plans, what are we distinctly doing next, there's been zero time to really breathe or think," Jared added before Chad chimed in to note they "would have had two 30-minute chats about the future."

Cuphead was released for Xbox One and PC on September 29 and sold one million copies within its first two weeks. For our thoughts on Studio MDHR's lovingly crafted Microsoft-exclusive action game, read IGN's Cuphead review.

Final Fantasy XV’s Noctis Coming to Tekken 7

Final Fantasy XV protagonist Noctis Lucis Caelum will join Tekken 7 as a playable fighter in spring 2018.

Bandai Namco released a trailer that showcases Noctis battling against various members of the Tekken 7 roster, with his iconic Engine Blade in hand. Check out the video in the player above to see the crown prince of Lucis in action.

Noctis isn't the only post-launch addition to the Tekken 7 roster. Earlier this year, it was announced that the iconic SNK fighter Geese Howard, from the Fatal Fury series, is coming to Tekken 7 this winter.

Tekken 7 was released earlier this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. For our thoughts on why the latest entry in Bandai Namco's popular fighting franchise "is a hallmark fighting game that's both accessible and highly technical," read IGN's Tekken 7 review.

Walking Dead: How THAT Tragedy Compares to Comics

Full spoilers for The Walking Dead continue below. Make sure to read IGN's review of "Some Guy."

Four episodes into The Walking Dead's eighth season and we've come back around to a memorable moment from Robert Kirkman's comic series - a failed assault and the death of Shiva, who rushed into a swarm of zombies in order to save Ezekiel's life.

The season started out mirroring the "All Out War" arc from the comics, but then did its own thing for a few chapters - including the return of Season 1's Morales. Now, after weeks of winning (and smiling), the King has fallen on hard times, losing just about every member of his squad (except Jerry and Carol) along with his precious pet. Let's see how things went down in the comics compared to the scenes in this week's "Some Guy."
