DC Announces Justice League: Gods and Men

At a special one-on-one panel at SDCC today, Geoff Johns revealed a a new mini-series that will tie into his epic Justice League storyline, "The Darkseid War." Entitled Justice League: Gods and Men, these six standalone issues will spotlight different characters impacted by the escalating war between Darkseid and the Anti-Monitor.

No creative teams have been announced for these issues yet. We do know the six characters that will be spotlighted. Scroll down for details, but beware of some spoilers for future chapters of The Darkseid War.

DC celebrated the 75th anniversary of Robin at SDCC today with some big announcements. Robin fans can look forward to two big Robin-centric projects in late 2015 - a weekly comic called Batman & Robin Eternal and a crossover event called "Robin War."

Batman & Robin Eternal is a sequel to the recent weekly series Batman Eternal. Scott Snyder and James Tynion will serve as showrunners for this follow-up, which will again feature a rotating team of writers and artists. Tynion will also serve as lead writer on the series, with Snyder, Tim Seeley, Genevieve Valentine, Steve Orlando, Jackson Lanzing, Collin Kelly and Ed Brisson contributing story arcs. Artists will include Tony Daniel, Paul Pelletier and Scot Eaton.

Resident Evil Zero: From Prototype to HD Remaster

Did you know Resident Evil Zero was originally supposed to be a Nintendo 64 game? Halfway through development, Capcom canned the N64 version, which was due in 2000, and started work on the GameCube version that came out in 2002. You can see some of the earliest footage in the video above, which follows Resident Evil Zero's evolution from prototype to HD remaster.

The N64 prototype of Resident Evil Zero boasts the same bright colors and angular characters as the earliest Resident Evil games. The much darker, grimier GameCube version we know today shares a similar style to the Resident Evil REmake, also from 2002.

Resident Evil Zero follows the adventure of Rebecca Chambers, a member of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team that the protagonists of the first Resident Evil were sent out to rescue following a helicopter crash.
