Nosferatu Remake in the Works
A remake of the silent horror film Nosferatu is in the works at Studio 8.
Deadline reports the currently untitled remake of the 1922 classic will be written and directed by Robert Eggers. Eggers wrote and directed The Witch, which earned him the directing award at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. Jay Van Hoy and Lars Knudsen’s production company, Parts and Labor, will produce the film.
This wouldn't be the first time Nosferatu was remade; Werner Herzog's Nosferatu the Vampyre was released in 1979.
This Underwear Will Absorb Your Farts
A company is now selling "flatulence filtering" underwear - that is, underwear that will absorb your farts.
Shreddies underwear has been around for awhile, but today we've learned of the odor-stopping wonder thanks to Geek.com. Shreddies are made special by their "Zorflex" activated carbon panels, which trap and neutralise the scent of a fart. (Alas, the sound will remain.)

Why Yo-Kai Watch Isn’t Just ‘The Next Pokemon’
Yo-Kai Watch has been compared to Pokémon’s success so often that it’s almost a jinx. I myself didn’t think that it would necessarily translate to the western audience the way Pokémon did — yo-kai are part of Japanese folklore, and even after researching them a bit I wasn’t exactly sure what they were. Nothing about Yo-Kai Watch really clicked with me.
After 15 minutes with the game hands-on, it finally clicked. Yo-Kai Watch certainly shares a lot with Pokémon, but its world plays with Japanese folklore in a charming, unique way that sets it apart. More importantly, now I can actually see it succeeding in the West, in part because it explains its world (and what yo-kai are) so well.
Wrestling Wrap Up: Seth Rollins Breaks John Cena’s Nose
It's been a ginormously controversial week in the world of wrestling. One of the industry's most legendary performers was publicly shamed and sent reeling into seclusion. And by this, of course, I mean Dog Ziggler...
Man, they didn't even put a stringy, Ramen-y yellow wig on that mutt! They were just like, "look, it pisses on itself so it's Dolph."
What a bizarre s*** show this Rusev storyline has become. From unbeatable monster to mouthfart love triangle. Complete with Summer Rae getting her face shoved into a dead fish. Followed by vintage "Girl Pauses to Come to Terms with the Reality of Her Current Horror, Then Shrieks Loudly Because She's Most Likely Been Shoved Into/Submerged In Some Sort of Foul Substance." Did Steph do that when she fell into that kiddie pool of diarrhea? If not, then the last time that happened may have been AJ after getting all that liquid poo dumped on her in the ring.

The pair of announcements comes as a part of T-Mobile's "Un-carrier Amped" promotion it's been running with all Summer, with these being the last two reveals the carrier has planned. Company President and CEO John Legere detailed the new additions in a blog post today.
Fallout 4’s Mod Tools Don’t Exist Yet
Fallout 4 will support mods on PC and Xbox One, but according to Bethesda, the tools and sharing systems don't exist yet.
Bethesda's VP of Marketing, Pete Hines, says Bethesda is focusing on finishing the game first and will shift its priority to creating mod tools in 2016.
"Our entire focus is on finishing the game," Hines said. "Nobody cares about mods if the game sucks. This has always been our philosophy. We shift energy to construction tools, the creation kit, and all of that stuff once the game is done, and we start to figure out what all of that is going to look like."
The studio's priority right now, according to Hines, includes tackling the bug list, polishing the game, and working on the frame rate.
Netflix Boss Talks Adam Sandler Deal After Pixels’ Performance
At the Television Critics Association Press Tour this morning, Netflix chief Ted Sarandos was asked how he felt about his company's exclusive four picture deal with Adam Sandler now in light of Pixel's recent underperformance at the box office.
"Thrilled," Sarandos responded. "Not to give you a defensive answer here, but I definitely don't have to defend Adam Sandler. Pixels did $24 million domestic opening; did $25 million international. A third of our subscribers are outside of the U.S., and we did our deal with Adam Sandler because he's an enormous international global movie star."
