Final Fantasy 6 PC Rated by PEGI
Final Fantasy VI may be coming to PC after a new rating has appeared on the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) page.
The listing shows the game is suitable for ages 12 and up and, while it shows November 26, 2015 as a release date, that could merely be the date the game was rated by PEGI.
Recently, Square Enix stated that it wished to continue remaking its existing IPs. Earlier this year, Square Enix announced plans to remake Final Fantasy VII for PlayStation 4 and series director Tetsuya Nomura did express an interest in remaking Final Fantasy V and VI.
New Force Awakens Preview Looks at The Dark Side
With Thanksgiving here, Lucasfilm have released a new Star Wars: The Force Awakens preview.
The minute-long TV spot, called "All the Way", opens with the iconic Imperial March and gives fans several new moments to salivate over, including more of the First Order assembling and Han Solo and Chewbacca side-by-side in battle. There's also what sounds like a conversation between Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and the still unseen Supreme Commander Snoke (Andy Serkis), while the second half features more dialogue from someone offscreen, likely Maz Kanata (Lupita Nyong'o).

The Weirdest Frankenstein Movie Monsters Ever
With Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy's Victor Frankenstein debuting this week, we've gotten to thinking once again about the many, many weird takes on the classic monster tale that have hit screens over the years. And so it's time to revisit the weirdest Frankenstein movie monsters ever!
There have been many movie versions of the Frankenstein Monster, owing of course to the fact that Mary Shelley’s original 1818 novel is in the public domain. In other words, anyone and everyone can make a Frankenstein movie if they want to. And pretty much anyone and everyone has.
But in order to find some fresh new way to depict the Monster, filmmakers have often steered very far afield of not just the Shelley concept, but also the (substantially different already and very much not public domain) classic Universal/Boris Karloff version. And things have often gotten weird and freaky along the way. Here are some of the weirdest and freakiest…

Apple Buys Star Wars Motion-Capture Company Faceshift
Apple has purchased Faceshift, the company responsible for the motion-capture technology used in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Faceshift specialises in 3D animation software to copy facial expressions of an actor. While Apple has purchased the company, details regarding how much the deal cost, or what Apple plans to do with Faceshift, have not been disclosed as of writing.
An Apple representative sent the following statement to TechCrunch: “Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time, and we generally do not discuss our purpose or plans.”
Faceshift differs from traditional motion-capture technology. Whereas most motion-capture uses markers on a person’s face to track facial movement, Faceshift is possible without markers, and without the heavy costs associated with motion-capture.
