Watch: Mark Hamill Appears in New Star Wars Promo

Disney released a new Star Wars: The Force Awakens featurette today that had premiered at Comic-Con Brazil during a presentation hosted by one of the film's producers, Bryan Burk.

While this "Legacy" featurette (embedded below) doesn't include any new footage from the film, it does showcase some behind-the-scenes footage and cast and crew interview soundbites, including one from Luke Skywalker actor Mark Hamill.

Luke Skywalker has been notably absent from the Force Awakens' marketing materials, a decision which director J.J. Abrams has confirmed was "no accident." Abrams has also spoken of the mythic status that Luke has gained by the time of the events depicted in The Force Awakens.

Ni no Kuni 2 Announced

During PlayStation Experience today, Bandai Namco announced Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom for PlayStation 4.

Once again developed by Level-5, Ni no Kuni II follows a completely new storyline and cast of characters.

No release date has been announced.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch hit PlayStation 3 in January 2013 and we called it amazing in our review.

Modern Zombie Taxi Co, 100ft Robot Golf Coming to PlayStation VR

PlayStation VR is getting a lot of love on the PlayStation Experience stage today. From Sony Santa Monica Studios, Modern Zombie Taxi Co. is an upcoming, comedic zombie game for PlayStation VR, slated for launch in 2016.

In The Modern Zombie Taxi Co., you play as a zombie taxi driver in a town called Zombieton, years after the zombie apocalpyse has wiped out the living.

Also announced for PlayStation VR was 100ft Robot Golf, which is exactly what it sounds like: a humorous and destructive golfing game featuring towering mechs.

New Destiny Content Announced

During PlayStation Experience today, Bungie announced a new event coming to Destiny: The Taken King. Starting December 8, the game will include the Sparrow Racing League.

Players will be able to race their buddies on Mars and Venus, play exclusive quests, and earn exclusive rewards.

Destiny originally launched in September 2014 and its most recent expansion was The Taken King, which we called amazing in our review.

Original Halo Designer, Composer Announce New Project

Highwire Games has announced Golem for PlayStation VR.

Highwire Games was officially unveiled back at E3 and includes former Bungie devs Marty O’Donnell, longtime Halo composer, and longtime Halo designer Jaime Griesemer.

O’Donnell was most recently in the news following his high-profile departure from Bungie and eventual settlement.

Ace Combat 7 Revealed

During the PlayStation Experience today, Bandai Namco revealed a new entry in its Ace Combat series, Ace Combat 7, for PlayStation 4.

Ace Combat 7 arrives just in time for the franchise's 20th anniversary, and, according to Bandai Namco, will "provide an arsenal of ultra-modern super weapons and formidable enemies that the series is known for."

The game will feature a campaign mode as well as online multiplayer battles and a VR component.

Ubisoft Announces New VR Title Eagle Flight

During PlayStation Experience today, Ubisoft announced a new VR experience: Eagle Flight.

Eagle Flight allows players to become an eagle and fly over Paris, France fifty years after humans have left the city. It includes a single-player mode as well as two multiplayer modes along with up to six players.

According to Ubisoft, "Eagle Flight has been developed specifically for VR with a strong focus on accessibility and comfort. As a result, the game features an Ubisoft-developed VR control technology breakthrough that provides players with intuitive and precise controls. The new technology greatly reduces chances of motion sickness while enabling players to quickly master their skills in order to perform impressive stunts and experience the true sensation of flight."
