Uncharted’s Nolan North Can’t See Mark Wahlberg as Nathan Drake
Nathan Drake actor Nolan North once would have considered playing the video game hero in the Uncharted film. However, by the time it gets going, he thinks he'll be old enough to play Sully.
"I wanted the part, back 10 years ago when I was 34/35 doing this kinda thing, but it's taken forever," North told Daily Star. "People who've seen the script are comparing it to to Indiana Jones and National Treasure, but there's still a lot of work and, truthfully, I think it's got an uphill battle."
He isn't interested in a cameo in the film, either. "I'm not going to be a guy who walks into the camera and says, 'Your drink, Mr. Drake,'" he added. "I don't need that funny 'Where's Waldo?' thing on my CV."

Overwatch Competitive Play to Get Lots of Updates After Launching
Game director Jeff Kaplan has outlined some of the changes coming to Overwatch's Competitive Play thanks to the feedback from the Public Test Region.
The PTR launched earlier this week, giving PC players a chance to try out ranked mode before it comes to the live servers. Kaplan says a lot of changes are planned, and some of them are "not something we can realistically do until our Fall season."
But rather than delay Competitive Mode further, Blizzard will be releasing it with the next content patch using the current ruleset. Big changes will come a few months down the line. "I've mentioned previously that I believe Competitive Play is the type of system that will require a few seasons before we reach the place where we want to be," said Kaplan.
