Future Rebels Episodes Will Intersect More with A New Hope
Future episodes of Star Wars Rebels could feature more characters from and greater continuity with A New Hope and possibly even some sort of tie-in with Rogue One.
When asked about the appearance of Wedge Antilles, a X-Wing pilot who first appeared in A New Hope, executive producer Dave Filoni said: "You're going to start to see those characters appearing in the story and start to intersect with those

Rebels Will Treat Thrawn as a Vader-Level Threat
Yesterday it was confirmed that Grand Admiral Thrawn would be returning to official Star Wars canon in the next season of Star Wars Rebels.
Today at Star Wars Celebration, the show's producers - Dave Filoni and Kiri Hart - discussed how they're going to make the villain work and drew similarities to how the show previously tackled Darth Vader.
"You are cautious on a weekly series to put them into a 'Oh, he lost again!' You can't play him that way. He's way too smart," said Filoni.
In that regard, using Thrawn is comparable to using Darth Vader in a serialised format: "If Vader is around all the time, he's just gonna take our guys out." Rebels dealt with this problem by using Ahsoka, a character who could confront Vader and potentially hurt him.
Han’s Funeral Takes Place Between Force Awakens and Episode 8
Carrie Fisher may have confirmed that the funeral for Han Solo takes place between The Force Awakens and Episode 8.
Speaking at Star Wars Celebration in London, Fisher misheard a question posed to her by fellow Star Wars actor Warwick Davies, and when asked, “What do you know of the period between the end of Return of the Jedi and the beginning of The Force Awakens?”, she answered sadly, “Han’s Funeral.”
She quickly corrected herself, saying, “The old one, oh,” before continuing, “Han and I have a very volatile relationship obviously, which leads to space divorce. No, I don’t think we are divorced, we’re just estranged.”
Previous reports suggest Solo’s funeral may have taken place in the film, but Fisher’s answer to the question suggests otherwise. However, it seems strange not to give such a pivotal character a proper send-off, so take it with a pinch of salt.

Rise of the Tomb Raider PS4 Release Date Appears on Italian Site
The formerly Xbox-exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider is coming out November 10 of this year, if a listing on the Italian GameStop site is to be believed.
Spotted by NeoGAF user piccio_ssl, the game's listing shows the November release will be full priced. The
is listed on Amazon at $60 USD, but the December 30, 2016 release date is more than likely Amazon's generic placeholder date.
The game originally released in November of last year. In our Rise of the Tomb Raider review, we gave it a 9.3, saying it improved on its excellent predecessor in almost every possible way.
Hints Dropped About 2018 Star Wars Game
The creative director of Visceral's as-yet-untitled 2018 Star Wars game has dropped a few hints about the project she calls, "an original Star Wars story with new characters, new locations, new tech, new creatures, you name it.”
As part of a panel on EA's Star Wars games, Amy Hennig explained that in studying the Star Wars films, "the first thing that jumped out was that these are always ensemble stories
So the same is true of our game."
Hennig was understandably hazy on details, but her words seem to hint at a game focused on more than one principal character, whether that's through multiple playables, a squad or otherwise:

Rogue One DLC Announced for Star Wars Battlefront
Rogue One DLC is coming to Star Wars Battlefront this holiday season.
It will be the fourth and final DLC planned for the game and will take place on the recently-announced planet of Scarif (that's the tropical and rather idyllic location glimpsed in the trailers for Rogue One).

Chewbacca and Bossk Are Coming to Star Wars Battlefront
Chewbacca and Bossk were today revealed as the playable hero and villain in Battlefront's Death Star DLC, the game's third major expansion, out this September.
The announcement came during EA's panel, The Minds Behind EA’s Star Wars Games, at Star Wars Celebration 2016.

Battlefront's Death Star DLC will become the third of four major drops planned for the game. A new teaser trailer for the expansion was also debuted at Celebration, and you can check it out below:
New Star Wars Rebels: Season 3 Poster and Images
There's a ton of new info about Star Wars Rebels today, as Star Wars Celebration saw the debut of a big new trailer for Season 3, along with the huge reveal that Grand Admiral Thrawn is coming to the show, plus a screening of the Season 3 premiere.
On top of that Lucasfilm and Disney XD have released new poster art for Season 3. Featured in the art are two characters who look to have big storylines this year, Ezra and Sabine. Plus, there are two looming villains - the aforementioned Thrawn and the returning threat of Maul. And of course, Chopper. Because how could you leave Chopper out?!
