Call of Duty: WW2 Launch Sales Double Infinite Warfare’s
Call of Duty: WWII has sold twice as many units as last year's entry: Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare in its first three days of release.
Activision revealed that Sledgehammer Games' new first-person shooter earned over $500 million in sell-though globally within its first three days on the market. According to the publisher's estimates, Call of Duty: WWII sales topped the three-day openings of Thor: Ragnarok and Wonder Woman combined.
The franchise's return to WWII also saw the highest total connected users on current-generation consoles and PC in franchise history, and is now the best-selling digital full game on PlayStation 4 on its launch day.

Dataminers have uncovered a whole slew of information from the upcoming Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon, including Ultra Beasts, new Z-Crystals, moves, and more.
The new Ultra Beasts discovered in the datamine include are Poipole as UB Adhesive, a gift Pokemon. UB Assembly is Stakataka and UB Burst is Blacephalon. The Ultra Beasts are also confirmed not to be shiny locked, which is good news for shiny hunters out there looking for something new.

Dark Universe Producers Exit, Franchise’s Future in Doubt
Universal's Dark Universe is reportedly in trouble.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the main writer-producers on Dark Universe, Chris Morgan and Alex Kurtzman, the latter of whom also directed this year's The Mummy reboot, have left the franchise.
Kurtzman's deal with Universal lapsed in September and he is now instead focusing on television for CBS. Meanwhile, Morgan is coming back to the Fast and the Furious franchise, and is currently scripting the spinoff starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham.

Pokemon Go Developer Making a Harry Potter Game
Niantic Labs, the developer behind Pokemon Go, is reportedly developing another augmented reality game: Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.
The game will be developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. Interactive's new Potter-focused sub brand, Portkey Games, according to Tech Crunch. Niantic is currently set to release the game in 2018.
TechCrunch reports details are scarce but the game will supposedly share elements with Niantic's first venture, Ingress. The company's follow-up, Pokemon Go, has been a massive success for the developer, and given how popular the Harry Potter franchise is, Niantic's next game follows suit in adapting a beloved worldwide franchise.
The Rock’s Black Adam Rumored to Debut in Suicide Squad 2
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's onscreen version of classic DC villain Black Adam will make his debut in Suicide Squad 2, say reports.
TheWrap reports that its sources say that the Suicide Squad sequel will see the band of supervillains searching for a superweapon - which turns out to be Black Adam himself.
Johnson has previously said that Black Adam's first appearance in the DC Extended Universe will surprise fans:
"We have a really cool surprise for Black Adam that I can't reveal, in terms of where we will see Black Adam being introduced."
