Batten down the hatches, people! The Electronic Entertainment Expo is almost here. In preparation for the hype-fueled video game trade show of all video game trade shows, IGN’s Game Scoop! is taking a look closer look at the big publishers of E3. This week, we take a long look at Nintendo and out deep conversation about the E3 veteran unfolds in three parts: What we know will be shown, what we think will be shown, and a pair of pie-in-the-sky ideas so fabulous, they just HAVE to come true.

AT&T Raises 1st Amendment Concerns Over Net Neutrality
AT&T plans to raise concerns over net neutrality when the case moves deeper into the court process, citing violations of the First and Fifth Amendments of the Constitution of the United States.
Additionally, the telecom plans to raise concerns that net neutrality "violates the terms of the Communications Act of 1934."
For those who don't remember their civics class, a quick refresher: the First Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits the creation by Congress of any law that prohibits free speech. The Fifth Amendment requires that private property taken for public use is justly compensated.
Dirty Bomb Open Beta Begins Next Week
Nexon and Brink developer Splash Damage have announced that Dirty Bomb will go into open beta June 2.
Team Dirty Bomb stated that anyone can check out the free-to-play multiplayer shooter starting next week. The Dirty Bomb open beta will feature five maps set in abandoned London and 12 mercenaries to check out, like the shotgun-wielding Fletcher or grenade specialist Nader.
And as the open beta continues for the first-person shooter, Nexon and Splash Damage will launch more maps and mercenaries. Previously, Dirty Bomb has been in closed beta (and was even known as Extraction at one point).
Persona 4: Dancing All Night Release Window Revealed
Persona 4: Dancing All Night will hit PlayStation Vita this fall in North America, and its special "Disco Fever" edition has been revealed. The Disco Fever edition of Dancing All Night will cost $80 USD / $100 CDN, and includes two discs of remixed Persona 4 songs, 14 DLC outfits, a Vita case and skin, an extra song, and a Teddie keychain.

No word on whether this edition will come to Australia, the UK, or other territories. Atlus informed IGN that international details are still being sorted. Dancing All Night releases this summer in Japan, and was confirmed as coming to the West early last year.
Aria is the Final Character for Killer Instinct Season 2
Killer Instinct antagonist Aria will make her debut as the last character available in Season 2 of the rebooted fighter on Xbox One.
The crooked artificial intelligence CEO of UltraTech, Aria has a transformable humanoid robot body capable of projectile and melee attacks. She will be available for Ultra Combo owners Friday, May 29 and for Combo Breaker edition owners on June 4.
Several other notable characters have made an appearance during Killer Instinct's second season, including the vengeful Japanese ghost Hisako, fiery being Cinder, and the war golem Aganos.
Andy Serkis’ Star Wars Character Revealed
In a new interview with photographer Annie Leibovitz, the identity of Andy Serkis' Star Wars: The Force Awakens character has been revealed, as has an image of the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes actor from the set.
Serkis will be playing a performance capture character named Supreme Leader Snoke. Nothing else is revealed about this new player in the StarWars.com interview, aside from the photo (snapped by Leibovitz) below:

Google Photos Offers Unlimited Image and Video Storage
During the Google I/O keynote, the tech company announced Google Photos, a standalone photo hosting app allowing users unlimited online storage for images and videos.
Called a "new experience built from the ground up," Google Photos will mark a departure from the need to upload photos to Google+, giving people a personal and private space for storage.
Photos can be quickly backed up to Google Photos and organized for the purpose of being easy to find. Features such as identifying people in different life stages, selecting multiple photos at once, and sharing images with others have been integrated to streamline the user experience.
Uploads are limited to 16MP for images and 1080p for videos. It is expected to launch today on Android, iOS, and the web.
Google Outlines What’s Next for Android Wear
Google announced three new features and several apps for the Android Wear platform at today's I/O developers conference.
The Always On Apps feature will allow the device to go into a low black and white power mode so that a selected app, such as a list or map, will stay on the screen and is viewable without having to tap or wake up the device. David Singleton, Android Wear director, emphasized that Android Wear devices should be "glanceable, actionable and effortless."
The second feature is wrist gestures, which will allow users to flick their wrist up and down to scroll through notifications. Android Wear devices will also recognize sketched emojis. After drawing a picture, the user can select their emoji from a list of emojis similar to what was sketched and send it in a message.
