Who Wants a Solid Gold Private Jet in GTA Online?
A new update for Grand Theft Auto Online set to drop next week includes an array of luxury goods that features new vehicles, weapons, "hundreds" of new clothing and accessories items, and a solid gold private jet.
"Upscale merchants of all kinds are scrambling to fill their inventories to serve the newly wealthy," writes Rockstar in today's update. "The first of two major deliveries this summer will be hitting the showrooms of luxury car dealerships, the shelves of top arms suppliers and other prestigious retailers in June."
A second "big shipment" is expected to roll out sometime in the next few months.

Your Old Instruments Will Carry Over to Rock Band 4
Good news for Rock Band enthusiasts: all your Rock Band instruments from last generation will be compatible with the upcoming Rock Band 4.
Harmonix confirmed to IGN that the old instruments will carry over. Going from PS3 to PS4 will require nothing more than your ability to plug in the dongle, while going from Xbox 360 to Xbox One will require a special adapter Harmonix says will be "low-cost."
Cross generational compatibility is a big plus for Rock Band mega-fans who have the complete set of instruments for last gen. We tested out the new Rock Band 4 instruments and found them to be improved while retaining the same feel as the older versions of the instrument.

Metal Gear Solid 5’s Soundtrack Needs These 13 Songs
Impressions from the bulk of Konami's recent two day preview event for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain are still under tight embargo, but members of the press were allowed to tease some of their thoughts about the first hour of game on social media. During this time, AP Entertainment writer Derrik J. Lang tweeted out that he'd come across a boombox in the game that was playing Kim Wilde's new wave pop hit "Kids in America."
It would stand to reason that one licensed song in a massive open-world video game might suggest more licensed music, and, given that The Phantom Pain is set in 1984, that the music would be from the same time period. Between my love of Metal Gear and music from the seventies and eighties, this seemed like the perfect chance to compile a Phantom Playlist -- which you can hear for yourself on YouTube or Spotify.
