No Back to the Future Stories Left to Tell, Says Director

Back to the Future director Robert Zemeckis has dashed any hopes of a new instalment in the series in this, the 30th anniversary of the first film's release.

Speaking to IGN whilst promoting his new film, The Walk, we asked him whether he had any new Back to the Future ideas that could be told in the universe to which the Oscar-winning writer and director gave a resounding, dream-crushing, "No".

He went on to say "We've done a trilogy, the movies turned out really well and those are the only Back to the Future stories we have left in us".

This latest news for fans of the series comes less than a month before the 21st of October 2015, a day made famous in Back to the Future 2 as the day that Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) arrives in the future.

Halo 5 to Get Custom Big Team Battle Maps

Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer designer Quinn DelHoyo shed more light on what would be done with Big Team Battle once it launches post-release. Speaking to IGN, he first confirmed that, yes, "Big Team Battle will have its own

playlist when it launches." We were speaking about the just-announced launch-day matchmaking playlists for Halo 5, so we asked DelHoyo which of the out-of-the-box maps would be a good fit for Big Team Battle. His answer surprised us: "We’re crafting all new maps that are designed from the ground up to cater to Big Team Battle," DelHoyo announced. "These will include a healthy mix of infantry and vehicular combat that Big Team Battle is known for."

Dell Acquires EMC for $67 Billion

Dell, along with MSD Partners and Silver Lake, has bought EMC for $67 billion, making it the largest tech deal in history.

EMC stockholders are set to receive around $33.15 per share in a combination of cash as well as tracking stock linked to EMC's interest in the VMware business. VMware was included in the deal, but will remain an independent, publicly-traded company.

EMC works in data storage, security, analytics, and cloud computing. Dell and EMC combining will make the "world's largest privately-controlled, integrated technology company," according to a statement.

"Our  new company will be exceptionally well-positioned for growth in the most strategic areas of next generation IT including digital transformation, software-defined data center, converged infrastructure, hybrid cloud, mobile and security,” said Michael S. Dell.

Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone Boxed Edition Delayed in North America

CD Projekt Red has announced that the special boxed edition of The Witcher III's Hearts of Stone expansion will not be available at GameStop stores for several days in North America.

In the announcement on the CD Projekt Red forums, community lead Marcin Momot said "due to logistical problems, customers will be unable to obtain the physical edition of the game for several days after launch."

"We are working with GameStop to fix this situation as soon as possible and deeply apologize for the inconvenience," the post continued.
