Avengers Academy Takes Superheroes Back to Their College Years
An all-new mobile game developed by TinyCo is set to take players back to school with Marvel's Avengers.
Called Marvel Avengers Academy, the game is an adventure/sim hybrid in which players unlock young versions of the Avengers, help them upgrade and develop new superpowers, and guide them through their social lives by going on dates, interacting with other characters, and training to become a superhero.
The school itself is also customizable, allowing players to mold and shape it accordingly to help their characters improve in their respective areas.
Marvel Avengers Academy will be available in Q1 2016 for iOS and Android devices.
The next time the Avengers will reach the big screen will be in 2016 in the upcoming Marvel film Captain America: Civil War. Check out IGN's breakdown of the opposing teams to learn more about the massive superhero conflict.

Marvel had a huge week as they launched several new comics including C.M. Punk's Drax #1, DC gave us a couple tie-ins to the Darkseid War, and the other publishers gave us Grant Morrison's take on Santa Claus, double BKV goodness, and a James Bond comic by Warren Ellis. It's a good week to be alive and reading comics, people.

China Unveils Mars Probe for 2020 Mission to Find Signs of Alien Life
China unveiled its probe that it’ll to send to Mars in 2020 to search for water and signs of alien life.
China showed off a 3:1 demonstration model of the probe at the China International Industry Fair in Shanghai on Tuesday, China’s state news outlet Xinhua reports (via CNN).
The probe, developed by state-owned space contractor China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, consists of both an orbiter and a landing rover.

Check out this purported set photo below that appears to show Benedict Cumberbatch in costume as a civilian Stephen Strange in the Far East. The Twitter user claims Cumberbatch is currently in Nepal shooting.

Three new images of the weaponry being used in 20th Century Fox and Ubisoft's film adaptation of Assassin's Creed have hit the web courtesy of Ubisoft franchise head Azaïzia Aymar.
Aymar posted two sets of images on Twitter (via Collider) that showcase two swords in the movie. He also hinted that Abstergo Industries will have a key role in the film.

Who Is More Likely to Own Consoles in America?
A study has revealed interesting statistics on the people who own devices, including gaming consoles and handheld gaming devices.
The statistics, spotted by Tech Insider, come from a study conducted by the Pew Research Centre. According to Pew Research, 40% of American adults polled owned a console such as an Xbox One or a PlayStation 4. Interestingly, women were more likely to own a console than men, with 42% of women surveyed owning at least one console compared to 37% of men.
Star Wars: Rogue One Actor Joins Bourne 5
Riz Ahmed, who is set to play the male lead in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, will be joining the cast of Bourne 5.
According to Variety, sources say the actor, who was also seen last year in Nightcrawler, will play a "tech specialist at the CIA," a role for which "Ahmed had always been the top choice." While scheduling conflicts were initially an issue, filming has reportedly been adjusted so Ahmed can be involved in both projects.
