Coca-Cola Has Re-Registered Ecto-Cooler Trademark
Perhaps the most fondly-remembered of all Hi-C flavors, Ecto-Cooler could be ready for a comeback.
According to the keen-eyed Ghostbusters fans at Planet Ghostbusters, the Coca-Cola corporation filed to re-register its trademark for the citrus beverage back in September.
It could be Coca-Cola is simply renewing the trademark so it doesn't lose the rights to the name, but it could also be that the green beverage will see a return to store shelves. After all, the new Ghostbusters movie is coming out in July, so it would make sense to reintroduce everyone's favorite drink that's inspired by a lovable, but ultimately spooky, ghost.
