Cap 3: New Details on Black Panther’s MCU Debut

Black Panther will make his silver screen debut next year in Captain America: Civil War, and Chadwick Boseman has offered a few new details on his role as T’Challa ahead of its release.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Boseman discussed Civil War's central conflict and Black Panther's place in it, noting that while "ultimately some sides are taken," each of Marvel's mighty heroes "is actually on their own side."

Boseman also noted that T’Challa won't fall into the same petulant prince-esque pitfalls we saw with Thor. "The spoiled brat thing is never an option. He’s not in any way unaware of how important his role and his position is. I think he’s very much aware of the responsibility," he said.

Yo-Kai Watch Series Surpasses 10 Million Shipments

Level-5 has announced it has shipped over 10 million units in the Yo-Kai Watch series worldwide.

Gematsu reports that Level-5 made the milestone announcement on the company's website. For those who don't know, the Yo-Kai Watch franchise is an RPG series that lives predominantly on Nintendo 3DS.

Nintendo helped localize the first Yo-Kai Watch game this year, with the 3DS title releasing last month in North America. The RPG is set to launch in Europe next year.

J.J. Abrams Named One of the 49 Most Influential Men

The Force is apparently strong with Star Wars: The Force Awakens filmmaker J.J. Abrams, because he's been named as one of the most influential men in the world.

AskMen has unveiled the 2015 Boss List, which lists Abrams as the No. 2 most influential man out of 49. Other notable Hollywood inclusions include Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson at No. 4, Master of None star Aziz Ansari at No. 10, The Daily Show host Trevor Noah at No. 15, Jurassic World star Chris Pratt at No. 34, and Creed star Michael B. Jordan at No. 48.

Star Wars: Force Awakens Cast on Driver’s Intense Process

Adam Driver took his role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens very seriously, employing an intense Method-minded approach for his portrayal of Kylo Ren.

According to his fellow cast members, who recently spoke to Rolling Stone about J.J. Abrams' upcoming film, Driver often remained in character on set, going so far has to keep his mask on between scenes.

Build-a-Bear Workshop Releases First Official Images of Pikachu

Build-a-Bear Workshop announced several weeks ago they'd be bringing Pikachu into their customizable plush line, and today they've released official images.

The $60 web exclusive version is currently available for pre-order and, as the name suggests, is only available online. This version includes the 15' Pikachu plush, a Charizard hoodie, PokeBall hoodie, a 6-in-one Pikachu sound, and an exclusive Pikachu trading card.

Pikachu is not yet available in-store, but is expected to release sometime in late December. Build-a-Bear is now allowing for online reservations for a $28 gift card that can be redeemed in-store when Pikachu is officially available. Visit their website to learn more.

Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Beta Starting a Day Early

The Uncharted 4 multiplayer beta will start tomorrow, December 3 at 12 PM EST / 9 AM PST for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection owners.

PlayStation Europe announced the time and date on Twitter earlier today. The beta was originally supposed to launch on Friday, December 4, but Fred Dutton, EU PlayStation Blog manager, confirmed that it would launch a day earlier. The beta is scheduled to end on December 13.

Sony has yet to announced another way to get into the beta, besides owning a copy of the Uncharted Collection.

Treyarch to Host a Black Ops 3 Panel at PSX

Several developers from studio Treyarch will be hosting a panel discussing the artificial intelligence programming in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

Called Call of Duty: Black Ops III: Unlocking the Potential of A.I., the panel will discuss how Treyarch overhauled their A.I. systems in order to adjust for cooperative multiplayer and how it effected the other components of the game. This panel will take place during the PlayStation Experience convention this weekend in San Francisco on December 5 at 4pm PT. Those in attendance will find the panel in the Moscone West Hall on the 3rd floor.

New Samurai Jack Coming to Toonami in 2016

A new season of Samurai Jack is coming next year, Adult Swim has announced.

Series creator and executive producer Genndy Tartakovsky is back to helm the project, which will premiere on Toonami, Adult Swim’s late night programming block. For a sneak peek at what's in store for Jack in 2016, check out its five-second teaser below.
