Neil DeGrasse Tyson vs. B.o.B: Is The Earth Flat?

In what will surely go down in history as one of the greatest Twitter beefs of all time, astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson engaged in a lively debate with rapper B.o.B over whether or not the Earth is flat.

While most assumed the matter was settled long ago, what what with Ferdinand Magellan successfully circumnavigating the world and the numerous pictures we have of the Earth from space, B.o.B has made it his mission these past few days trying to reveal the truth with images we're sure are properly sourced from established, peer-reviewed conspiracy blogs.

Tyson, whose hobby seems to be killing dreams, waded into the debate hoping to use his "logic" and "scientific knowledge" to counter B.o.B's Flat Earth Society approved evidence; no doubt to protect the frauds at NASA from admitting that Antarctica is the edge of the world.

Taking Back Philly In Homefront: The Revolution’s Co-Op Multiplayer

If you're a developer looking for a way to make tried-and-true shooter gameplay feel fresh, a healthy injection of tension and a sense of danger can go a long way. Even in its early, pre-beta state, Homefront: The Revolution’s four player co-op mode is successfully doing just that in subtle ways, while maintaining the basic shooter appeal of aiming down-sight and snapping off a few shots.

It starts by properly leveraging Homefront’s main plot point: that America has been occupied by a massive, technologically superior North Korean invasion force. At least here in the co-op mode, this idea is applied in practical ways without being heavy-handed or overly-dramatic. The sandbox I played in wasn’t exactly massive, but it was big enough to give me and my three squadmates enough wiggle room to carve our own path through an occupied Philadelphia. Enemies were never looking for us; instead we were dictating the pace, staying low as patrol units mosied by before carefully crossing streets, engaging only when we felt we needed to.

Payday Creator Working on New Co-Op FPS

Ulf Andersson, co-founder of Overkill Software and co-creator of PayDay, is working on a new co-op first-person shooter with his new studio, 10 Chambers Collective.

Although details on the new game are scarce, according to Rock Paper Shotgun, Andersson said players will be able to use force, stealth, or "any other creative way in order to survive whatever horrors they encounter." What those horrors are remain to be seen, but if you visit the developer's Facebook page, you'll see it has posted a few images of dark tunnels. So that could be a possible clue.
