Marvel’s Daredevil Season 2 Trailer Announcement
The new trailer for Marvel's Daredevil Season 2 will debut Monday, February 15th.
The announcement was made via the Netflix series' official Twitter account, which included a tease for the trailer (seen below).
The tweet's caption was "Is there a difference?" and the tease shows the Daredevil mask and Punisher logo overlapping.
We hear the voice of Jon Bernthal's Punisher whisper, "You know you're one bad day from being me."
The moral struggle about the two anti-heroes' respective brands of vigilantism will clearly be a major thematic element explored in the second season.
Deadpool 2: Avatar’s Stephen Lang Lobbies for Cable Role
Whatever takes place in a Deadpool sequel, Avatar’s Stephen Lang appears to want a role as Cable in the film.
The 63-year-old actor, who bears a striking similarity to Cable, posted an image of himself flexing during a workout on his Twitter account.
He also uses a not-so-subtle Shakespeare quote to reference the time-traveling X-Man, and ends the post with the hashtag “#Deadpool”.

Deadpool Spanks Fifty Shades of Grey’s Box Office Record
Deadpool continued its box office dominance all weekend long, coming in first with an estimated $135 million.
The movie had the biggest opening day ever for an R-rated film as well.
20th Century Fox's new comic book film set a record high for both President's Day weekend and the month of February, eclipsing Fifty Shades of Grey's previous leading debut of $85.2 million.
On top of that, Deadpool's opening weekend now stands as the biggest ever for an R-rated film, outpacing The Matrix Reloaded's $91.8 million debut.
Deadpool earned an additional $125 million overseas, bringing its total global opening to a massive $260 million.
Never Before Seen Witcher 3 Statues Revealed
CD Projekt Red has partnered with Gentle Giant and Dark Horse to create these amazing Witcher 3 statues. While Geralt's statue was revealed earlier this week, Triss, Yennefer, Ciri, and Eredin have only just been revealed at New York Toy Fair. Here are the never-before-seen photos.
All of the statues are currently in the prototype phase and could still change before the official release. All figures will be available in September 2016 for $30, though the prices and release dates for the wolf head wall sculpture, pin, and magnet have yet to be determined.
The Witcher 3 will soon receive its Blood and Wine expansion, and developers have said it'll offer around 20 hours of gameplay.
Destiny Mega Bloks Sets Coming This Year
Mega Bloks has unveiled Destiny construction sets coming in 2016.
According to the toy manufacturer’s official website, the Destiny sets will include its “most detailed” figures to date, “iconic” vehicles and scenes from the game.
Mega Bloks hasn’t revealed anything beyond a few images, featuring Destiny figures, a jumpship, and a Sparrow.
Not much else has been revealed, such as what other construction sets or micro action figures will be available, nor any specific release dates at this time.
In related Destiny news, Activision recently revealed more on the future of Destiny. A major expansion is planned for 2016 and a full sequel is coming in 2017.
Ghostbusters Trailer Will Premiere in March
The first trailer for Paul Feig's Ghostbusters will debut on March 3.
Sony Pictures Entertainment posted the trailer announcement to YouTube, showcasing new footage from the movie reboot. Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, and Melissa McCarthy star in Feig's film, with Chris Hemsworth as the Ghostbusters' assistant.
You won't see the leading ladies or the ghosts they'll be fighting, but the threat looks big—there's a whole lot of cops and soldiers poised to attack.

In anticipation of the film, LEGO announced its Ghostbusters set, complete with the team's Ecto-1 and Ecto-2, which will hit shelves this summer.
Up Close with DC Collectibles’ Suicide Squad Statues
DC Collectibles' Suicide Squad figures are on display at this year's New York Toy Fair.
The set was previously revealed in January, but we got up close with all six statues this weekend. Each figure stands around 12" tall and will sell for $150 USD. Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Joker (Jared Leto), Deadshot (Will Smith), and Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) will be available in July, while Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney) and Katana (Karen Fukuhara) come in August.
The figures are meticulously detailed, giving care to accurately represent even the littlest details—including each and every tattoo. More care than, say, tattoo artist in-the-making Margot Robbie gave when tattooing the the cast and crew on the set of the Suicide Squad movie.
DC Unveils New Action Figure Line Based on Films
DC Collectibles is showcasing its 2016 product lineup at New York Toy Fair, which features a new line of 6-inch figures based on several DC films, including Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Man of Steel and Suicide Squad.
The action figures in this new movie-based line are incredibly detailed, featuring up to 40 points of articulation. The first wave will launch this fall and include Zod and Faora from Man of Steel, as well as Armored Batman and Superman from Dawn of Justice. Meanwhile, the first batch of Suicide Squad figures will be available sometime in 2017.
Additionally, DC Collectibles plans to launch an assortment of other statues, figures and collectible items based on DC's wide array of comic and media properties later this year. In fact, the company will debut a new Designer Series action figure line featuring Harley Quinn, as well as expand its Batman: The Animated series line with new figures and a 36-inch Batwing.
Purity: Showtime in Talks for Daniel Craig Series
Daniel Craig is set to star in the television adaptation of Jonathan Franzen's novel Purity, and more than a couple different networks and streaming services want to be home to the series.
According to Variety, "Showtime, Netflix, FX, and at least three other outlets" are in talks with the show's producers.
Producer Scott Rudin is said to be looking to book a 20-episode order for the show, which will be written by Todd Field and Franzen, with Field as director.
Talks are still in the early stages, and according to sources, the show could go to any network.
Up Close With Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Statues
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is nearly a month away and we got up close with some of DC Comics’ incredibly detailed statues based on the film.
Batman will come in two varieties, armored and his standard costume from the film. Armored Batman is expected to ship in March and the Dark Knight Returns-inspired costume version will ship in June.
The Wonder Woman statue features her wielding a sword, shield, and her trademark golden lasso. She is expected to ship in March as well.
Superman bears remarkable detail as you can see in the texture in his costume. It also appears his cape is made of some sort of cloth. The statues will retail for $150 USD.
