Marvel Games announced its Women of Power initiative today, which runs alongside Marvel Publishing's celebration of female superheroes.
Women of Power will bring "new characters and content" to its portfolio of mobile, handheld, console, and PC games. Beyond: E3 2016 is Already Insane
Well this episode got weird.
This week, Max "Whole Hog" Scoville, Marty "Black Forest" Sliva, Andrew "Pork Cracklins" Goldfarb, Brian "Prosciutto" Altano, and Alanah "Banjo-Kazooie Ham" Pearce talk about all sorts of things. Dark Souls 3's opening hours are rad, the idea of Battlefield 5 being set in World War I is dope, and E3 is shaping up to be a doozy.
Sorry about the ham.

An homage to The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, Nintendo's official costume trailer shows Wolf Link and Midna jumping through a bunch of fiery obstacles. It's likely Nintendo's Wolf Link amiibo will unlock the Super Mario Maker costume.
We've reached out to Nintendo to confirm its western release.
When Link enters the Twilight realm in Twilight Princess, he's transformed into a wolf and captured. Midna, the mysterious imp-like creature, helps free Link, and together, they head off to save Hyrule from darkness.

This Is How Much Money EA Makes on Extra Content
EA makes $1.3 billion a year off of extra content, according to chief financial officer Blake Jorgensen.
Speaking at a Morgan Stanley investor conference, Jorgensen detailed the success of the extra content category, which includes things like season passes, map packs, and other microtransactions.
"The extra content business is a billion-three
a year," Jorgensen said. "Half of that is roughly our Ultimate Team business."
Ultimate Team, the largest contributor to the earnings of the extra content category, is key to the FIFA, Madden, and NHL franchises and allows players to buy, trade, and sell player cards for real or in-game money.
12 Once Upon a Time Teases, from Hook to Hercules

Beyond the debate of whether Rumplestiltskin can be redeemed again, here are 12 teases from the cast and creators of Once Upon a Time about what can be expected from the second half of Season 5 -- and beyond.
Find Your Own Path to Destruction in Necropolis
I walked between an intersection of tall, dark walls, and found myself pinned between two hordes of enemies. I had just picked up a better sword form a new enemy I bested, but I wasn’t feeling confident against the 20 or so enemies charging at me from my left and right. Going back would lead me to a more narrow path, and the path forward didn’t look promising. I sighed and decided to risk my progress. I ran straight into the guys on my right. Then I kept running.
Every new enemy I encountered in Necropolis was both exciting and terrifying - especially when I ran into a gaggle of them. That happened a lot.
Necropolis is a procedurally generated roguelike similar to Dark Souls in its play style; it has a stamina bar that depletes quickly in battle, you can wield two items, and death comes quickly, especially as most enemies you encounter will pop up from behind corridors. However, there are no campfires to respawn at, so death means you start all the way back at the beginning of the 10-level dungeon. Despite all these similarities, the tone and visuals are really what set them apart.
