In addition, a Battleborn beta is set for release sometime in the near future. Though Pitchford didn't specify whether or not it would be open to the public. This will be further accompanied by "details about post launch support very soon."
PAMELA Is BioShock With Base-Building
Utopias are supposed to be perfect, but the utopia of first-person horror-themed survival game PAMELA is anything but. Death and disease have ravaged its citizens, turning the city of Eden's rich, vibrant architectures into towering morgues and abandoned quarantine zones. But not everyone is dead yet, and that's where the true horror emerges.
A terrible bone-related illness has turned the residents of this utopian society into human statues, while those left roaming have gone mad with pain. You play as a Sleeper, awoken from cryosleep in the midst of the chaos, and must learn to adapt and survive to the new conditions.
I demoed PAMELA at the 5th Annual GDC Indie Mix hosted by IGN, expecting something akin to BioShock – dropped into the aftermath of a once-great society's downfall, forced to defend yourself against its remaining residents, and learning more about the events that took place in the process. While PAMELA definitely is that, it also brings in elements from survival games like Rust: permadeath, random item drops and enemy placement, hunger, thirst, and base-building.
Werewolves Within: One of Your Friends is Not Who They Say They Are
Werewolves Within is an upcoming multiplayer VR game from Ubisoft, and the first ‘social’ VR game I’ve ever played. It’s modelled off of popular party games like Mafia and Werewolf’, where each player is randomly assigned a different role, with different abilities. The game exists in talking to the other players to figure out which roles they have, and sometimes lying to the other players to hide your own role - in this case, centered around who might or might not be a werewolf. It’s chaotic, competitive and, frankly, kind of exciting.
Alanah Pearce: It’s certainly not a unique concept, but this type of game being introduced to VR does give people the opportunity to experience a ‘party game’ in the usual solace of VR - as an Australian currently living in California, I love the idea of getting to play this with friends back home.
Indiana Jones 5 Officially Announced with Ford and Spielberg Returning
Indiana Jones is officially returning for a fifth installment, and no, it won't be a reboot.
Walt Disney Studios announced today that Indiana Jones 5 will open on July 19th, 2019. Steven Spielberg is back as director, with Harrison Ford once more starring as the title character.
Kathleen Kennedy (who now heads Lucasfilm) and Frank Marshall will once again produce, as they have since the series began.
“Indiana Jones is one of the greatest heroes in cinematic history, and we can’t wait to bring him back to the screen in 2019,” said Alan Horn, Chairman, The Walt Disney Studios, in a statement. “It’s rare to have such a perfect combination of director, producers, actor and role, and we couldn’t be more excited to embark on this adventure with Harrison and Steven.”

Iron Man 4 Unlikely According to Downey Jr.
According to Robert Downey Jr., Iron Man 4 probably isn't "in the cards." The actor will appear in Captain America: Civil War, which is what he described as "
Iron Man 4."
Downey Jr. is signed on through Avengers: Infinity War. Speaking to USA Today, the actor said after Captain America: Civil War "it's back to the thing we all recognize. Everything pulls over to the side of the road when the thunder of an Avengers thing comes through because that's how it is until it changes. If it changes."
The man behind the mask has flip-flopped on the subject for a while now. In September of 2014, Downey Jr. said there wasn't a fourth Iron Man film in the works, but backtracked on that during a television appearance in October of the same year. "I know there's gonna be a bunch more Marvel movies and...they have big ideas of how to do it best, and we're in the middle of negotiations, and blah blah blah..." Downey Jr. said.
Riot Games Introduces Clubs to League of Legends
Riot Games has added clubs to League of Legends, making it easier for you to find and play with like-minded individuals.
Clubs are new player-created, player-controlled social groups that can hold up to 50 people (although Riot says it will likely increase the cap at a later time).
When you join a club, you'll enter a persistent chat room that stays running even when you're not logged in. You'll also be able to assign unique in and out of game tags to your club that can be added to your summoner name. In addition, you'll be able to be part of multiple clubs at once, and change your name tag accordingly.
Riot says there's more to come from clubs, and the current visuals aren't as polished as it would like them, however things will be cleaned up and added in future patches.
Ubisoft Is Bringing Classic Party Game, Werewolf to VR
Ubisoft has announced the release of Werewolves Within - an online take on classic party game, Werewolf - coming Fall 2016 to "major VR platforms".
Developed by Ubisoft's Red Storm studio (most recently seen contributing to The Division), it's a fairly straightforward riff on the social deduction game, assigning random roles to five to eight players and asking them to find out between them which of the group is secretly a werewolf.
The game aims to replicate the social dynamics of the in-person game over the web, animating the mouths of characters when their controlling players talk, enabling "whispering" between adjacent players by leaning into one another, and even allowing players to monologue by muting all other players when someone physically stands up.
