GoT: Read the Speech That Inspired the Latest Episode’s Title

Spoilers for Game of Thrones' latest episode, "The Broken Man," continue below. There also are some light spoilers for George R.R. Martin's novel A Feast for Crows.

Game of Thrones introduced an interesting new character named Brother Ray in the seventh episode of Season 6. Brother Ray was responsible for the rehabilitation of Sandor Clegane -- aka the Hound -- who Arya had left for dead at the end of Season 4. With Ray's group of followers, the Hound was trying to find a more peaceful way of life.

Brother Ray seems to be an amalgamation of two characters in George R.R. Martin's A Feast for Crows: Septon Meribald and the Elder Brother. Both only have a small amount of page time in the novel, but have been subject to much fan speculation because those scenes seemed to lend credibility to the theory that the Hound was still alive.
