The Punisher Series Casts Two New Characters

Marvel’s Neftlix Punisher series has added two new cast members.

Entertainment Weekly reports Girls actor Ebon Moss-Bachrach, who played Marnie’s love interest, musician Desi on the HBO Show, will star as Micro. The character is a former NSA analyst who’s filled with secrets that’ll be “of great value to Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) and everyone around them.”

Micro builds weapons and tech for Castle in the comics, but eventually becomes one of the Punisher’s major villains.

The second cast member joining is Son of God alum Amber Rose Revah, who’ll be starring as Dinah Madani, a “highly-trained sophisticated Homeland Security agent who is vexed by the Punisher.”

Oculus Touch Price, Release Date Announced

The Oculus Touch controllers, compatible with the Rift virtual reality headset, will release December 6 for $200.

The Oculus motion controllers will come with a camera sensor and two games: VR Sports Challenge and The Unspoken. Polygon reports Rift users can also buy another sensor for a room-scale playing area, which will be available for $79 on December 6 as well.

Even though the Rift came out earlier this year, Oculus co-founder Palmer Luckey stated the headset and Touch controllers were never planned to arrive at the same time. It's a different strategy compared to the HTC Vive, which released with motion controllers included with the headset.

Fans of Patrick Warburton and his live-action version of the character can rest easy – the actor (who is one of the producers of the new version) will appear in the new show at some point. Said Josephson, “He’ll do something special. I can’t say exactly when.”

Metro Creators Announce Oculus Touch Game, Arktika.1

Metro 2033 creator 4A Games announced its next project, a post-apocalyptic first-person shooter designed for Oculus Touch, called Arktika.1.

It's scheduled to launch in Q2 2017. Check out the announcement trailer below.

It uses the latest version of the studio's 4A Engine, which the Metro series also runs on.

The Flash: What Barry Allen Learned from Flashpoint

Full spoilers for The Flash's Season 3 premiere, "Flashpoint," continue below.

Barry Allen might have fixed the timelines in the premiere episode of The Flash: Season 3, but Flashpoint is going to have reverberations throughout the rest of the season. Though viewers might have been surprised to learn the comics-inspired storyline only lasted one episode, star Grant Gustin promises its affect will be felt heavily moving forward.

"His journey, this whole season now, is accepting his choices and his present and now knowing that he can time travel doesn't mean he should use it to fix whatever he feels like fixing," said Gustin during a visit to The Flash's set. "That lesson is learned pretty much right out of the gate this season."
