Marvel’s Runaways Return to Comics
It's been a while since the renegade teen heroes known as The Runaways have had a comic to call their own, but that looks about to change. Even as Hulu gears up for its live-action Runaways TV series next year, the team looks poised to make a return in the comic book realm.
Today Marvel released the first of what we assume will be several teasers drawn by Star-Lord artist Kris Anka and spotlighting individual Runaways members. We'll continue to update this article as more teasers are revealed and more members are added to this new incarnation of the team.
DC’s Batman Event Explores the ‘Very Scary’ Dark Multiverse
For five years, Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo charted the course of Batman’s adventures in the New 52 and gave the Dark Knight a modern spin. This summer, Snyder and Capullo are reuniting for Dark Nights: Metal, a new DC event that’s going far beyond Batman and the Justice League as it introduces brand new characters and even a brand new multiverse called the Dark Multiverse.
Starting in June, Snyder and his co-writer, James Tynion IV will join superstar artists Jim Lee, John Romita, Jr., and Andy Kubert on Dark Days: The Forge; which will lead into the Dark Days: The Casting one-shot in July from the same creative team. Dark Nights: Metal will begin in August, before five new titles will spin out of the event this fall: The Silencer, Sideways, The Immortal Men, Damage, and New Challengers.
Supergirl’s Superman Teases the Season 2 Finale
Superman finally returned to Supergirl at the end up Season 2's penultimate episode, but it wasn't as the ally many fans had hoped for. With him seemingly mind-controlled into being someone Kara will have to fight (at least based on the promo for Monday's finale), it looks like Supergirl's famous cousin will end up being one of many foes the heroine of National City will need to subdue to keep the Earth safe.
To preview the big episode, IGN got on the phone with Superman himself, Tyler Hoechlin. He teased what to expect in the May 22nd finale, including the arrival of General Zod, what it's like to fight against instead of with Supergirl, and what Superman thinks of Mon-El.

Destiny 2 Drops Divisive Grimoire Cards
Destiny 2 is doing away with Grimoire Cards, the in-game collectibles that provided a deeper look into the lore of Destiny's universe.
Many players found the cards problematic, as they weren't accessible in game; they could only be accessed through Bungie's website or the Destiny companion app. As a response to this problem, Bungie is doing away with the cards all together, opting to "put the lore in the game" itself.
"We want people to be able to find the lore," Bungie World Lead Steve Cotton told Forbes. "All the story is told through the Adventures, it's told through the characters in the world, it's told through the campaign and it's told through scannables you find throughout the world."
